I was just watching this ^ and it made me realise that not only did Tobirama cause the Hashirama/Madara fight which eventually leads to Tobi, the creation of the Akatsuki and pretty much all of Konoha's problems and all of the major villains we have encountered in the villain (The Akatsuki, Pain, Itachi, Tobi, Danzo, Zetsu, Madara...) but also Tobirama is a major cause for the destruction caused by Orochimaru and Kabuto during Oro's attack on Konoha in Part 1 and the Shinobi War happening right now. I say this because Tobirama created Edo Tensei and without it, Oro would not have succeeded in killing the 3rd Hokage and Kabuto would not have contributed to the war so greatly.
Now, I'm not saying that Tobirama is the complete cause of all these things or that it's very 1-sided; Madara and all the other villains that played their roles in causing what has happened are all part of it too. But forneverworld has a point, without Tobirama, a lot of these villains are prevented from coming into play quite directly: Orochimaru with Edo Tensei, Kabuto with Edo Tensei, Madara, Tobi and Pain/Nagato quite directly. Tobirama seems to be a very direct causal point. But what do you all think? Could maybe the shinobi world have been a better place without Tobirama? Maybe if he had been killed instead of Itami, things might be different.
