i was thinking Shisui's body disapeared. and shisui's eye played a role twice already

Well i think Shisui Kotoamatsukami'ed Itachi into believing he killed him so that Itachis ms would activate he then gave itachi the eye so that it could not be used for evil doings (shisui probbly had spares)

It's controversial.

There was a note saying he commited suicide, however most people didn't believe it since he would never have done such a thing, not only that but Itachi unlocked MS right after his death.

One can only conclude that Shisui either used KA on Itachi and forced him to kill Shisui without even knowing it.

Or Shisui used KA to make Itachi feel as if he had killed him. And subsequently Shisui suicides.

Not necessarily, we saw Itachi using the KA which was around 10 years after Massacre.

After all Sasuke was around 6/7 when it happened.

Shisuis Koto-Amatsuki.. Is the strongest genjustu.. WHY DAFUQ will Sishui use his most powerful weapon that problably used most of his chakra for Itachi to activate his Mangekyo, when ITACHI IS A BLESSED SHINOBI, In intelligence and strenght, he made it to the Anbu with out a MS?? ITACHI does not depend in a MS, DOES NOT MAKE SENSE AT ALL U__U

I think the latter, I don't think Shisui would force Itachi to kill him, especially since he knew Itachi was going to have to handle the coup e'tat by himself, I feel like Shisui wouldn't put that much more burden on his close friend
