One question about this jutsu...how is it mid-range if you have to "Place a paper bomb on your opponent's head".

This jutsu seems more offense-oriented. Again, the opponent is immobilized so you can use that against them. I would use this with swamp of the underworld so that it is harder to realize that it's a genjutsu. However, it is still quite obvious that it's a genjutsu because of the whole butterflies thing (they would fly away from battling ninja throwing jutsu around at eachother).

Yeah i agree with bush, using swamp of the underworld would make it more realistic. The key to a good genjustu is making it so its hard to tell its a genjustu. In this case swamp would do just that. That with a little false darkness could be a good 1-2 punch. Though this genjustu is still quite obvious it is such. I'd use this while im mid range and want to do something to see how my opponent would react. This isn't a justu that'll win the match.

It's best to use in short range that way you don't have run all the way from mid range to place the explosive. But, it can be done. I can't tell you how many times i've seen this technique win a battle. Nice reasoning for discovering it's a gen, Bush.

Feathers fall from the sky, putting the opponent to sleep after one turn. A useful technique in specific situations.

This would best be used in a team battle with a partner, but it's a high-risk, high-reward type jutsu. You leave your partner basically up against two people for a turn, but if it hits you basically win the battle. Again, obvious it's a gen (because of the feathers).

I don't think it matters if they think its a gen or not. It puts them to sleep, you can't use kai while sleep lol. I'd use this before i engage in a taijustu battle. Though they see the feathers they know feathers don't appear from the sky like that. Unless you have a bird summoning xD. Though the one turn thing is a killer. The justu also slowly puts them to sleep, so they'd be getting tired before that whole one turn passes. That could be exploited.

You're fine to use other techniques after you use this one. So yes, best used before engaging in close combat. They can always release the genjutsu before the turn passes and be completely fine.

Use this to fade away your opponent's vision, so that they become blind. Perfect for use against clones, as it affects multiple people.

I'd use this in battle to block my opponents vision so he can't see my attack :| Of course. I'd use this justu with stuff like dropping lid, or even flash pillar. The opponent could believe he's blinded which is why he couldn't see. Or in dropping lid it'd make him think its just that dark in the lid lol. Yeah like you say great against clones, and in team battles for affecting multiple people. However, some people have blind bios so it would be useless on them. This would be a great jutsu close range, because the user can't tell where the opponents hands and legs are. Can be used to distract the opponent, and with swamp of the underworld or water imprisonment.

Let's assume close range.

-Ok, I quickly bite my thumb and rub it over my snake tattoo and summon a giant snake. The snake then rushes at Ciberr, and while he's distracted with it I put him in a genjutsu where several butterflies are flying towards him away from the area with my snake as if they are fleeing from it. You also feel as if you are sinking in the ground, as if I had used swamp of the underworld immobilizing you. In reality however, I have thrown several paperbombs towards you which detonate when they hit. I then cause my snake to disperse (If he's still alive) and fire off a large stream of fire towards you.-

As i see you draw blood for your summoning, I begin to focus my doton chakra throughout my body. When suddenly i feel sinking as I notice multiple butterflies to appear out of nowhere. I look down and see nothing, yet i feel as if I'm sinking. That in addition to the sudden cluster of butterflies in this area in particular which cannot support the living standards of butterflies i conclude its a genjustu. I grow a spear inwards which breaks me out of the genjustu. The armor also protects me from the fire. And you never said the snake will attack or anything so i just stand there and watch it purr at me.

As i see the worst president in US history walk before me, I preform one handseal injecting my chakra into my opponent causing him to believe he is in a world of absolute darkness. While he is in the world of darkness I form 3 handseals creating a orb of fire next to me which i condense into an arrow. I pull the arrow back and launch it as if i was wielding a bow. The arrow soars at you and hits you in the heart. Killing you. Finally whenever somebody is killed by me I always form a thick layer of ground level clouds that surround the area causing your breathing to be effected should you be survive the mars sniper.

Knowing that I went blind directly after Ciberr's handseal, and that it caused nothing else, I am then able to conclude that it's a genjutsu. I then quickly stab myself in the arm releasing myself from the gen. I then see an arrow made of flame approaching. I quickly go underground avoiding the arrow. I am so comfortable that I take a nap. Hours later I emerge and find some of Sensei's alcahol. After years of use, I have become a raging alcoholic and basically drink constantly. I have no friends left, and my family disowned me. I then leave the ninja world and travel to a new land, and change my name to "Bush". I soon become ruler of the land...they call me President. Unfortunately, I am a complete imbecile and have ruined this country's economy. This is most likely due to the brain cells I lost while drinking. I am currently traveling to Mexico where I will change my name yet again, this time to Pablo. Don't drink folks.

Moral: Sensei Selendrile shouldn't drink u-u
