Okay so two for two, i'll kick us off.

#5 (Hyouton: kensei no Kōri ryū) - Ice Release: Power of the Ice Dragon
Rank: B
Type: Offense
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 20 (-5 per turn)
Damage Points: 40
Description: This technique is specialised for those who have great control over their ice release chakra along with fair practice in the arts of the dragon slayer. This is usually used in close combat where the user will release their ice chakra around a part of their body covering them in a pale freezing aura. Which can be quite painful if an opponent is hit by it. When someone/something is contacted by this icy aura created by the user, it will cause there body to be damaged by the Ice chakra Numbing them on impact, Slowing any further movement for two turns.
Note: can stay active for 2 turns at a time
Note: Can't use fire jutsu at the same time

A very basic version of dragon slayer techniques, you encompass your body in a swirling aura of ice release, this gives you the ability to enhance taijutsu and other close range dragon slayer techniques, this will on contact numb an opponents body, causing every action taken by them after to become slower by a considerable amount, handseals running any movements at all.

Any questions?

Yes. It says around a part of the body. Can I release it from my whole body? Can I use other techniques while keeping this active, specifically other elements?

Yes you can coat your entire body and a small radius, roughly half a foot around your body is the area of effect.
Yes you can use all other elements except for fire while that is active. :)

Like this picture, i did have a better one but it seems to have gone. xd

Suiton: Kyabitēshon | Water Release: Cavitation
Type: Offense/Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short/Long
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: Cavitation is a very advanced technique where the user, after performing a single handseal, uses his own chakra to create air pockets in a body of water. The size and number of the pockets, so called cavities, differs from each body of water. After being created the cavities collapse on itself, i.e. implode, under the pressure of the water. When the cavitation bubbles collapse, they force energetic liquid into very small volumes, thereby creating spots of high temperature and emitting shock waves, the latter of which are a source of noise. The implosion effect is so strong that it can easily create holes in metal objects over a prolonged period of time. It also causes instability in the body of water and harm to anything caught within it. The cavities usually differ in size, from the moment they are created to the moment they implode. Even so, they never exceed the size of a somewhat regular marble (1/2 to 1 inch). The number of the cavities depends on the size of the water source because they can be created in every inch of the water source giving a better implosion effect overall. Bigger water source equals more cavities.
Note: Needs a water source
Note: Usable only twice (2) per battle
Note: Only McRazor can teach this

Alright, so cavitation. I'm pretty sure you already know what it is and how it manifests as it's a real life phenomenon. Basically, you create it using your chakra. When you can a water source on the battlefield you put your chakra into it, in order to create the cavities that implode on themselves, producing very powerful shock waves in the water. The implosions are so powerful that they can damage even steel, not to mention someone's skin, if you manage to execute it on someone. You can use it on any water source, no matter the size, but depending on the size, the number of cavities will depend also. They're not too big, look at the picture for reference.

Alright so regarding combinations, what would be the result with an existing cavitation if the water around it for example was rapidly expanded, would it increase the force of the overall shockwave.
Also this technique does it carry the capability to knock a person out, and what are the limits of the shockwaves damage, can it tear flesh or is it simply blunt force trauma?

Interesting questions. If you increase the size of the water by rapidly expanding it, it would only leave it more space for the shockwave to spread and decay as it does so. I don't really see how it could increase its force, to be honest.

Being that it can damage steel, I think that it definitely can damage someone too. Now, if it's strong enough to tear flesh, I'm not sure, for small periods, but for extended periods I believe it should be able. Thus, it's more likely to cause blunt force trauma, as you put it. After all it's A rank, 60 damage, and I never really knew how powerful that was. All I see are numbers and letters, plus assumptions. :p

Okay that makes sense, i would imagine it could knock a man unconscious....Or woman, if Lili doesn't improve her sandwich making skills.

Rasengan is A rank blunt force trauma kind of, save the grinding part, so yeah similar damage to a rasengan i would imagine.
Alright that's all my questions answered, if your ready i will post my next one. xd

Yeah, but remember that rasengan is somewhat special to an extent, because it's a very condensed amount of chakra. Sure, I'm ready.

Alrighty next technique.

#4 [Hyouton: Kōri ryū no Hōkō] Ice Style: Ice Dragon's Roar.
Rank: S
Type: Offense
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: The user channels massive amounts of wind and water chakra throughout the air around them. Once this is done the user will bring the chakra up through the throat, and breathe in deeply before exhaling a gargantuan blast of ice and mist from there mouth barraging the opponent causing extreme damage.

►Can only be used Once per battle.
►No A rank or above ice techniques the following turn

Now this one is the equivelant of firing a whirling blizzard from your mouth, thankfully since this is a DS technique i can simply provide a video to show you what it does and how large it is.

Effectively that there, but faster and without the hand motions, unless you want to do them, the blast as you see starts thin, but then becomes incredibly wide and is easily capable of overwhelming, it is considerably faster moving than most ice attacks because it is more wind based, carrying ice crystals that slash and rend skin in the blizzard.

Any questions?

Genjutsu: Shojishōgai | Illusionary Arts: Dysgraphia
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user performs a single handseal and places a genjutsu upon the opponent. The genjutsu consists of tricking the opponents brain into suffering from Dysgraphia. Dysgraphia is a neurological deficiency that impairs the ability to write, same as basic motor skills. The inability to write is also referred to as Agraphia, which is a complete loss of ability to write and spell when writing. Also, persons with agraphia can't transform graphemes in written language. The impairment of motoric skills manifests in the inability of the victim to perform handseals properly, confusing them and not being able to place his hands correctly, which results in not being able to successfully mold chakra for the upcoming jutsu. The purpose of the genjutsu is to make the opponent unable to write seals for sealing techniques as well as other techniques that require seals and symbols to be written on scrolls in order to be performed, same as performing handseals for techniques that require them. With the inability to write proper seals, same as performing correct handseals, the opponent's attempt to perform such techniques would result in a fail. The genjutsu lasts for 2 turns, unless the opponent frees himself by then. The opponent is still, however, capable of performing techniques that don't require handseals, and those that don't require writing seals in general.
Note: No other genjutsu while this is active
Note: Usable only twice (2) per battle
Note: Only McRazor can teach this

One of my prides. :3 I simply love this technique. So you place the opponent into a genjutsu where you pretty much confuse him. While affected by the genjutsu, he won't be able to write seals and perform handseals, but only for the next technique that requires it. Meaning that he still can perform techniques that don't require handseals or written seals. If 2 turns pass and the opponent doesn't "trigger" the genjutsu by using such techniques, it will simply end, like nothing happened. Good thing is that it's nearly impossible to notice and once it triggers and the opponent fails to perform his technique, you have a small but more than enough window to take advantage of him, and finish him. Questions?

No real questions it actually works exactly as i hoped, this is completely perfect for my Minato bio, because all it needs is that small window. xd
So yeah that pretty much concludes are business right? xd
