What should happen to customs that perma banned ppl leave behind?

I was just wondering, what should happen to them if you perma ban the person... Should the person's friends have a tourny over the customs, or should we make a will system? What do you think?

well, if the person is perma banned the jutsus should be ''reseted'' like if anybody didnt posted them i think.i dont have sure about that.

Well techically, those are the customs of the people who got perma-banned, I don't think anyone can get it, even if they said they gave it to them.

Either that or they asked the Mods to excuse them or something.

i think ppl should be able to use them or resubmit them since no one is gonna use them

I don't think i have a valid argument for this one.
I think the members should give their jutsus to their friends, but they need to state it to a mod also.
I don't like the tourny idea, coz then it won't be fair,the strongest people will win the weakest and they are gonna get more jutsus. Just my opinion.

yeah, your right, the strongest ppl get more stronger and the weaker ppl more weaker, since they dont have those jutsus


maybe we could use those jutsus just like the ones in the NB jutsus site.
jutsus up to B rank could be used just like those in the site.
A-rank maybe but S-rank no since there are many powerfull jutsus to use just like that

The customs belong to the people who made them and if they aren't here it doesnt matter. If they want to give them away then they can but otherwise thats it. The customs of banned/inactive are there's and they decide what happens with them...end of. This is obviously just because ppl want certain customs U_U
