[LIST][*]1. After being hit its pretty much over and its hard to counter there after :P[*]2. Its a very flashy move and really and the sword slash should be enough, but the chidori is insult to injury [*]3. Even if the opponent does get away they would be seriously injured and you can easily finish it afterward.[*][/LIST] 
One/three disadvantages (no obvious ones, be creative):[/B] 
[LIST][*]1. Its is a short range move, so there is a very large probability the opponent can stay back[*]2. If the sword slash is not on point and does not [*]3.[*][/LIST] 
[B]How you would use it in battle:[/B] It could be used in any point in the battle. I would use it after a flashy ove to serve as a distraction. Then move quickly toward the opponent and use the Combo
[B]How you would counter it:[/B] Because they need to knock you into the air with a sword slash, staying far mid to long range would be a practical counter. 
[B]How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):[/B] I would run toward the opponent, and slash my sword upwards from the left leg, up to his right shoulder, then I would send him flying through the air. Then I  would jump upwards following my opponent and deliver several blows around the torso and stomach area. Then I quickly land on the ground and finish him off by using chidori on his back as he is just a few feet fro the ground. Which impales him through his stomach and would be a death blow

( Raiton: Raiun ) - Lightning Release: Thundercloud

Description: The user generates a cloud above the battlefield kneaded with their chakra and then cause a series of lightning bolts to rain down upon the battlefield causing severe damage.

Okay, send your raiton chakra up into the clouds doing this you'll create above the area, then release from the cloud a series of lighting bolts and aim them for my clone.

I channel my ration chakra and release it into the sky. The chakra changes the sky to turn into dark clouds. As the clouds fill with more of my chakra, I release it out from the clouds. I then manipulate the lightning to turn into bolts that rain down onto the ground. This covers the area around you that your clone is on and it starts to to directly hit it and causes it to poof into a puff of smoke.

[LIST][*]1. While the chakra is going into the clouds you might be venerable to your opponents attacks[*]2. Because you can't exactly control where each bolt is going, they might hit you[*]3.[*][/LIST] 
[B]How you would use it in battle:[/B] I would use it against multiple people, or against a strong opponent the I need to keep in a certain area. By raining down lightning around the the opponent it stops him from jumping around to dodge. Then finish him off with stone spikes.
[B]How you would counter it:[/B] You could release lightning chakra out of your body to try and counter it, or a water barriers. Because lightning travels with water, it cannot pierce through it.
[B]How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):[/B]I release my chakra into the clouds and begin to add continuous chakra into the air. Once clouds start to form they take a dark grey color and begin to start to crackle. As they crackle I rain down bolts of lightning down on my opponent

Description: The user creates several large electrical balls of energy spread out around them and then causes electrical currents of lightning that spreads out on a vast area shocking any enemy target in the vicinity by connecting with the orbs.

Gather your ration chakra then release it as several large electrical balls, and spread them out around you, then cause electrical currents that spread out over a vast area, shocking my clone.

[LIST][*]1. I don't know how fast it is, but there might be a delay of how fast the balls spread out[*]2. The lightning might not be able to reach higher distances[*]3. I'm not sure if this is right, but the lightning might hit you also[*][/LIST] 
[B]How you would use it in battle:[/B] I would surround it around me and try to paralyze my opponent and finish him off
[B]How you would counter it:[/B] I would most likely use a gust of wind to counter because of winds effectiveness against lightning
[B]How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):I gather my lightning chakra inside of me. I then release it out and mold the chakra into multiple balls of lightning that surround me. After they have completely surrounded me, I release the lightning from the balls, and they spread out mid range.[/B]

Description: The user will attack the opponent with a series of slashes with their sword hitting the opponent into the air where they then finish them off by drilling them back into the ground with a Chidori.

Hit my clone with a series of slashes with your sword, hitting him up into the air, then when the clone is coming back down, make a chidori and use that to drill them back into the ground.

[LIST][*]1. Sword slashes are quicker to deliver then punches[*]2. This is an more lethal attack then most lightning attack because it combines kenjutsu and lightning[*]3. Finishing off the opponent is easy because it flows good[*][/LIST]

[LIST][*]1. If the sword attack is blocked then the attack is over[*]2. Without any sword the attack cannot go through as in the description[*]3. If the attack sending the opponent into the air is wrong, you may not be able to finish them off[*][/LIST]

[B]How you would counter it: I would send my chakra into the ground causing the ground to tremor and my opponents slashes to also miss because for swords to be effective you need balance.[/B] 
[B]How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I rush toward my opponent at a very fast speed. As I reach him I slash at him with my sword on his chest and stomach area. Then once he reaches for his wounds with the blunt end of my sword I uppercut him into the air. I then jump into the air behind him and prefom a chidori into his back[/B]

Damage Points: 80
Descripton: The user after performing the hand seal snake emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands whilst kakuzu lightning mask emits it from its mouth, which then pierces the enemy. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

Perform the snake seal, send a lot of raiton chakra towards your hand, then from there emit a spear of lighting from your hands, the power of this spear is so great it can tear though rock. Aim the spear at my clone.

[LIST][*]1. If not mastered you would have to use a handseal, and the opponent could use a jutsu with no handseals to block it [*]2. It would be a hard to take out multiple enemies, because it is only one single spear[*]3. You can't preform handseals right after becuase the lightning comes from the hands[*][/LIST] 
[B]How you would use it in battle:I would use it as a first move to catch my opponent off guard[/B] 
[B]How you would counter it:I would create an A rank tornado to counter it[/B] 
[B]How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):I preform the single snake handseal, and send my chakra to my hand. After I have gathered enough chakra I release the lightning in the form of a spear that moves at a very quick speed and rips through a tree [/B]

Description: After using a fire jutsu to heat the atmosphere and create thunderclouds in the sky, the user will use Chidori to take control of the lightning above. They can then make the lightning strike an opponent in the blink of an eye.
Note: Can only be avoided with time/space techniques or otherwise absolute defenses.
Note: Can only be used once per battle.
Note: In the turn before the use of Kirin, the user must have used at least a B-Rank, Long Range Fire (Katon) technique directed at the sky.
Note: User needs to post Chidori, meaning that in the turn Kirin is used, the user spends 2 moves.

Okay, send a B-rank long ranged fire tech into the sky to make thunder clouds, then make a chidori and then use it to control the lighting from the sky then make the lighting strike my clone, the strike will be in a blink of an eye.

Okay with this, this is just a bigger chidori, pretty much just a lot more chakra and refine it.
