Sasuke doesnt have tsukuyomi, now with that being said I think you just need 2 different eye techniques in order to awaken it (a reason why it would be rare). Anybody who says otherwise show me madara using tsukuyomi or ama, only then will I consider your theory to be correct.
just one more thing if obito haded both of his eyes we knw one of his eyes contains short range kamui another eye long range and he still needed ama n tsuki to actvate susanoo lol, how many techs excatly mongekyou got ?

Dude sasuke has Amaterasu, he evolved it to Enton just like Itachi had the Mangekyo genjutsu and evolved it to Tsukoyomi

Why is it called infinite tsukuyomi then. besides he cant pull it off with out the juubies chakra hes planing to cast it on the world
The name makes no difference, madara showed obito the type of genjutsu he was planning on using. If it was tsukuyomi, then he would've mentioned that they need a stronger genjutsu in order to complete the plan. But there is no mention of that...and the juubi's chakra has nothing to do with this

Show a manga scan that says Sasukes susanoo requirements is enton
now show me where it states each eye can only know one jutsu

The proof that madara has tsukuyomi and amaterasu is his susanoo same with sasuke
