No, it doesn't. Them being decended from the son of the SO6P is irrelevant. That doesn't instantly make every uchiha child develop faster than any other ninja. This is disproven by the manga. Every Uchiha child isn't Itachi or Sasuke. Whether you like it or not, Kakashi developed much faster than Obito because of his intellegence. Bloodlines aren't the only determining factor. I'm sure there were plenty of weak Uchiha shinobi before the massacre that were weak in comparison to good non-Uchiha ninja like Kakashi and Jiraiya.

How many of the Akatsuki members were Uchiha? 2? All of them were very powerful in their own rite. There's examples of ninja who are probably wayyyy stronger than the average Uchiha was all over the place. Muu, 3rd raikage, 4th raikage, Orochimaru, Sasori, Hiruzen, Jiraiya, Gai, ect. What makes Obito strong is the fact that he unlocked the mangekyo and it had a uniquely powerful ability.

Uchiha doesn't automatically = Best.

Kakashi was a natural talent; Obito was from Uchiha clan but that does not make him a prodigy automatically. Also what people do in their lives effect their achievements; being a clan member does not effect too much at that matter. Kiba has a better bloodline limit(all that dog s**t) than Lee(he has nothing); but Lee can fodderize him less than 5 seconds for example. Or Konan does not have a certain clan either; but she is stronger than many other clan members; Minato is like that too.

Kakashi surpassed current Iruka when he was 13 and younger...

Obito could use Wood Style jutsu and Kamui pretty much instantly once he awakened his Mangekyo Sharingan. It took Kakashi much longer to get used to Kamui.

Kakashi was a child prodigy, Orbito was more like Naruto in his childhood. Orbito wasnt able to awaken his potential until the end of his life. While kashi knew his own potential from the beganing. Kashi had way more talent and drive, to put it simple.
