If you go back to part one you see zabuza and kakashi talking about how the uchiha advance so quickly and when comparing sasuke to naruto in part you can obviously see naruto was inferior and sasuke was advancing quickly.
However kakashi WAS always better then obito kakshi not even being from a clan (at least as much as I know) developing faster then a natural PURE uchiha.

Stupid way of thinking. Obito gave him his Sharingan in order for him to protect Rin, see the future thru him, develop as a ninja, etc. Obviously Kakashi would have tried to use the full potential of the eye his best friend gave him and wanted him to use before dying. Because of that, he developed his fighting style around the Sharingan. Pretty sure that if he didn't have Sharingan, he would have had a different fighting style. I mean just look what he developed fast before even gaining Sharingan. He could already use rasengan, developed his own S-Rank technique all that before 13 and was a jounin-level ninja. Obviously with Sharingan helping him to copy ninjutsu, he didn't waste his time trying to create others

shame on you. he was a jonin at 13 and is the best one in the entire village. He took the uchiha sharingan and to itachi's own admission, he uses it better than most actual uchiha. But then again I dont have to explain kakashi to you, he is doing just fine without you.

I would say excellent taijustu cause he beat Gai,a taijutsu expert, when he was young.Plus his stat is 4.5 that is more than average.
Raiton,suiton,doton and katon if you count the anime.
Good in genjutsu,he was able to free Rin from an advanced genjutsu when he was 13.
Excellent tracking skills,intelligence in the level of Shikamaru,amazing speed and useful summonings...
Apart from Itachi,name one ninja who was on that level on that age...

No, it doesn't. Them being decended from the son of the SO6P is irrelevant. That doesn't instantly make every uchiha child develop faster than any other ninja. This is disproven by the manga. Every Uchiha child isn't Itachi or Sasuke. Whether you like it or not, Kakashi developed much faster than Obito because of his intellegence. Bloodlines aren't the only determining factor. I'm sure there were plenty of weak Uchiha shinobi before the massacre that were weak in comparison to good non-Uchiha ninja like Kakashi and Jiraiya.

How many of the Akatsuki members were Uchiha? 2? All of them were very powerful in their own rite. There's examples of ninja who are probably wayyyy stronger than the average Uchiha was all over the place. Muu, 3rd raikage, 4th raikage, Orochimaru, Sasori, Hiruzen, Jiraiya, Gai, ect. What makes Obito strong is the fact that he unlocked the mangekyo and it had a uniquely powerful ability.

Sasuke became powerful outside screen time.(again, just like part 1)
Naruto didn't evolve all that much in comparison.

But in a really short period of time Naruto learnt Fuuton, Fuuton RasenShuriken, Sage Mode, Kurama Mode, Bijuu Mode and Bijuu Dama.
That would take YEARS to complete(maybe it's even too difficult to do in one lifetime), for any normal shinobi. C'mon, it took him less than one year.

Minato was also a genius, that's what the manga said. Kakashi as well. They're not Uchiha.
