Lol, there ain't no type of dark water.

The only reason it looks dark, is because of the distance from the top to the ground is too deep, the amount of water between them is too great and sunlight can't reach the depths of the ocean. That's why it appears black, it's common knowledge.

The color of water should still be the same.

Well, all the manga we reading is print out... Therefore, the color can be darker.. or can be lighter.. Its all depend on the quality of inks...

Also, the manga we read online... Its scan from the weekly shonen jump, the light intensity of scanner decide the result. Being undergoes the process of cleaning & translation, do you think the color will still remain the same?
