I think a better question would be how would special defense users like the Third Raikage and Gaara hold up against it?

I don't think the Third Raikage can defend against this powerful Jutsu and Gaara doubt plus he wouldn't have enough chakra and sand to defend against it.

The only person I see escaping this is minato thanks to his FTG, he just has to teleport away from the area, presumably to his home(after all his technique does not have a distance limitation). Wud ve said onoki, but she wouldn't give him the chance to fly away

I do read manga but I mean its a very deep hole just saying. Btw Konan aint a coward plus she aint easily beaten plus how is this a coward jutsu compared to Uchiha and Senju techniques.

Orochimaru could die, he just evades it everytime. Everyone on that list is fully capable of escaping that waaaay before taking any damage, including people like gaaraa and the 4th raikage.

Third Raikage- can't see his shield getting pierced by blast damage.
Sasuke and Madara- can sustain susanoo for over 10 minutes
Minato, Kakashi, maybe Tobirama- can teleport/warp away
Nagato- massive shinra tensei, summon asura path armour etc
hashirama's wood dragon was able to cushion a tbb so it might be able to withstand that.
Naruto's kurama mode if he ups it to ten minutes from 8
oonoki muu and deidara can fly

hiruzen might be able to manipulate enma into an impenetrable defense

imo this jutsu is definitely top ten, it's not damage to the level of an s-rank tech to be sure, it's a war of attrition which will get you sooner or later, and there's no escape. which is why only the most durable characters and those who have evasion mechanisms can survive it.
