Can anyone survive Konan Sacred Paper Emissary Jutsu without Izangi?

Third Raikage- can't see his shield getting pierced by blast damage.
Sasuke and Madara- can sustain susanoo for over 10 minutes
Minato, Kakashi, maybe Tobirama- can teleport/warp away
Nagato- massive shinra tensei, summon asura path armour etc
hashirama's wood dragon was able to cushion a tbb so it might be able to withstand that.
Naruto's kurama mode if he ups it to ten minutes from 8

hiruzen might be able to manipulate enma into an impenetrable defense

The only ones who I think have a chance is BM Naruto (8mins and over), Madara, Hashirama, I doubt deva path can do anything to this jutsu but maybe wrong.

FTG (just teleport to some other location), possibly Tobirama also can, obito's teleportation didn't work because he was a little slow in sucking his own body to other dimension

About this I'm 100 not sure but may be tailed beasts with less than 6 tails can also survive that
Someone with regeneration ability like Tsunade of Hashirama, besides Hashirama can also hide in the wood dragon and get some tea for 10 minutes.

Onoki, Muu and Minato can go away from the range of Konan's 6 billion papaer bomb jutsu.

Minato can teleport himself away to long range. Onoki and Muu can fly away at quick speed and avoid it.

Minato - Teleport home
Itachi - Paper Bombs don't affect yata as long as he can last 10 mins(shouldn't be hard)
Suigetsu? He did take a tbb but was in bad condition
Muu/oonoki - Tobi was falling into the abyss that was the biggest problem, these two could fly before falling in.
Rubber guy(who saved minato) - one explosion bounces him into space (troll)
