Well, you shouldn't just say he doesn't have a S/T ninjutsu. Personally, I do believe that FTG-slash was not a S/T ninjutsu, and whatever S/T ninjutsu he had, was not on the same level as FTG.

That is why i mentioned that as theory.I am theorizing he didnt have s/t technique.If he shows some technique other than debatable ftg slash, then my theory is wrong

Minato personally did not see the technique and might have assumed the high speed technique of tobi's to be s/t technique

a) we dont know if Minato had met the second Hokage and thus we dont know if he saw his techniques or not
b) Minato is the fkn Hokage! He knows almost all the secrets of Konoha but he fails to see the difference between S/T ninjustus (the same stuff he uses all day long) and just high speed movement? GTFO!

If we follow naruto timline,minato was not born till sometime after tobiramas death.Jiraya was minato' sensei and hiruzen was jiraya's and hiruzen was tobi's which is atleast two generations apart

He named the technique FTG slash because it involves high speed and sword slashing.According to japanese myths FTG is associated with high speeds.About minato naming his technique after tobi's i mentioned in the thread

May be just to create hype for tobi and just mentioning it made some high speed slash technique to be percieved as s/t technique which elevated tobi's status among manga's fans

I think it's a s/t. Izuna has the ms. If it was a high speed move, Ain't no way izuna would miss that move Tobirama performed. As for the FTG technique. Maybe the third hokage told minato about the technique. Minato could of been studying the technique in some scrolls. That's how he could of learn it. Also no where in the manga it stated minato was better at s/t than Tobirama. Anyways we just going to have to wait and see what kishi reveal more about it.

1)Even if sharingan predicts the opponents movements,he cant dodge if he doesnt have enough speed.
2)If we see the panel where tobi slashes izuna, he is way infront of izuna which shows he had a lot of momentum which cant be achieved by s/t technique
