no just the rules say i need to learn one rank from the start out of my 3 so i picked earth but ive already masterd it before the new rules and rie stated how if u think we are ok in earth that we dont have to go through everything all over again.

I know the basic 5, all the way up to s-rank, but now im a s-class, so i cant use s-rank, and goro approved. Just can't use rain or s-rank jutsu until I hit sannin.

No, I said that you don't need to repeat the jutsus you already know, in that case your senseis will test the knowledge of your elements and give you battle training, or any other specialty of your rank.
I didn't say you can skip sessions.
