The fact that ur in a genjutsu (well this one) doesn't enable u from doing jutsu...what would naruto do?

I'll take a "stab" at it. you released your chakra and it made its way over to my body. the chakra entered into my chakra circulatory system and eventually to my brain. once in my brain it created impulses that recreates the 5 senses which made me beleive everything around me was real.
