Better than what i expected....

Undo your jutsu, although this clouds would work extremely well (effective clouds, nice downpour ratio, and takes away most fire users ability to use fire.) However if you remember my speech you'll recall the stress of concentration and chakra control ( of the individual rain drops via your chakra in the rain). Being your first time out and to be honest anytime when using rain jutsu it's best to use chakra infused rain/water.

It's easy to summon to you and control because it's endowed with your chakra. The hard part comes with controlling your charka, but i'm sure we'll get through that.

With all that said what other jutsu could you use that produces chakra infused rain...

i aim at that near by tree and i then thrust my hand foward to propel that bullet at your enemy (aka the tree)
