Highest chakra reserves in Naruto? ( read the first post )

Well!We've only seen him in battle for 2 or 3 episodes.The fact that he had a contract with the toads may imply that he too had sage mode and minato was the one who invented rasengan.Minato saved the village, defeated obito and sealed the kyuubi.On the other hand Naruto was in sage mode when he fought pein.He had help from the two toad sages and pein needed naruto alive.So that was a plot shield for naruto.Minato was in base form when he did all this unlike naruto who needed sage mode.

There are no implications what so ever that he had SM. Tsunade has slugs, does she have SM? And you're missing my point about rasengan. Its a technique that naruto had to waste unnecessary chakra using because kurama disrupted his shape manipulation. He had to summon a clone every time he used it but he still manages to pull off a rasengan 3-5 times a fight. Minato used it once against obito...he doesnt spam it. Minato also wasnt able to perfect the rasengan, which also takes more chakra.

LOL do you not remember the end of that fight? naruto in base was still able to spam multiple shadow clones to rain down on pein. He may have been saved but he wasnt holding back for that fight either. Naruto still managed to pull 1000 clones out of his ass which means he still had chakra to spare

Part 1 naruto can do 1000 clones but needed kurama's chakra to summon bunta while minato was able to summon bunta during his youth without the need of a bijuu chakra.

Minato was in his 20s when he summoned bunta, and not only that but base naruto's chakra was getting disrupted because of kurama. That's the reason why he uses clones to make the rasengan, because of kurama's disruption. The fact that he has to do this already means that he's just wasting more chakra but he spams his clones and his rasengan regardless.

Your list isnt bad but you cant take away obito's senju DNA, might as well take away kisame's samehada or nagato's rinnegan...

Thanks Draphsin. I have not included Samehada here. And Rinnegan does not give chakra boost instead it gives mastering skills but Hashi's DNA gives huge chakra boost. For this reason only, I have taken Hashi's DNA from Obito.
If you notice, Obito is fighting against Naruto plus KIller Bee plus Kakashi plus Gai and Allied Shinobi Forces for a long time but still not worn out yet while Naruto, Bee are worn out once plus Kakashi & Gai are worn out at-least twice. This is the impace of Hashirama's DNA.
And overall its just my opinion.

Now that you reminded me of it,Naruto actually fought pein in base form only after he used up all his sage chakra.That was the only time he fought pein in base form.He started off in SM.Then the nine tails raped pein.Then he used up his remaining sage chakra using two rasen shurikens.He fought pein in base form only for a short duration of time and pulled off 1000 shadow clones like always.Minato tecnically fought the Kyuubi and obito in his base form.I'm not saying that minato has more chakra but just arguing that it is comparable.

How can you assume that minato's techniques were not chakra consuming??
Excluding that summoning he did,he used ftg on numerous occasions,teleported a bijuudama and used RDS, the eight tetragram seal and was still alive until he was stabbed by kyuubi's claw.His chakra level is at least above jiraiya.

Hi Pandu. As far as I remember, Minato teleported Naruto to secure location then teleport back to Kushina and teleported Kushina to Naruto. Then He used 1 rasengan and 2-3 FTGs to defeat Tobi plus 1 FTG to teleport TBB, 1 summoning of Gamabunta plus 1 Kurama teleportation. At this point, he was almost exhausted. Then Kushina used up her chakra chains to restrain Kurama and Minato sealed Kurama. So overall Minato performed 1 rasengan, 1 summoning and 7-8 teleportings/FTG max. Which is not like too much chakra consuming except Kurama teleportation and Gamabunta summoning. And it is just my opinion.

No problem, and I get it with samehada but you cant really include nagato in your list without the rinnegan because he wouldnt have any feats without it. You might as well put kushina on his level because she's an uzumaki too. Just give her the rinnegan and she would be on par with nagato.

But yeah I get what your saying about it being kinda OP, but on the other hand yamato was made up of senju DNA but his stamina is sub-par at best. Its the mixture of senju & uchiha blood that gives him the stamina boost, so IMO i count it as part of him

You are welcome. I agree on your point. We don't know exactly how much chakra FTG consumes. And in the case of a genious like Minato, it makes it more complicated.

Every time obito attacks he uses kamui, which is an MS technique...and why are you using feats from edo madara (mokuton clones? flower tree world?? )

Because Edo Form makes your chakra regenerate immediately. It doesn't make your chakra pool infinite. Your chakra is the same, you just can spam jutsus.

Also, Kamui can be spammed because it has no drawbacks. You don't go blind from it, clearly shown by how Kakashi used it 5 times in a day without bleeding at all.

If you count natural abilities meaning they were born with it 4 and 5 would not make the list. obito would not be much of a treat without the first hokage's DNA to give a boast of chakra so he can use his sharingan without tiring......Kisame without the sword is not much treat remember all this chakra he has is from the sword eating the chakra of his opponents and there jutus and giving it to him.....so in the case of natural abilities i would not count them..........

Kakashi can use it without going blind because its obitos sharingan. As multiple people here have posted before, obito is taking on the SA and before that he was soloing naruto kakashi gai and bee with no fatigue problems what so ever.

How about Kabuto? Had Dragon Sage Mode, could use Edo Tensei, controlled 50+ Edo shinobi for more than two days, fought a large, exhausting battle with the Uchiha bros, used nearly all the Taka & Sound 4/5 abilities one after another with no signs of fatigue. I think he belongs in this list - where I'm not sure but he is easily Top 10 maybe even Top 5 material. And yes he does follow your restrictions as he has the DNA of others as Obito does of Hashirama so it is equal to say the least

I don't think so. It was never stated that he was taught by Jiraiya when he was 20. At that time, he was already a jounin. Remember that a 5 yr old kakashi was already in Minato's team. That was the time when Minato had his own team. By the way, Naruto's disrupted chakra was returned to normal the time when Jiraiya taught him summoning.

Obito beats madara for the simple fact that he has senju and uchiha dna. He's the 2nd of the six paths, he is able to spam kamui, an MS technique similar to that of ama and tsuku constantly throughout the manga. And he hasnt shown 1 sign of fatigue during any of his fights, while madara was not only showing signs of fatigue during hashi's fight, but he ended up losing and had kurama's chakra at his disposal.


You dont think that she deserves an honorable mention? She definitely has more chakra than gai...

Actually, Madara is much stronger than Obito.
