No way. Obito is both an Uchiha and also has Senju blood.

You forgot that minato summoned the boss toad and teleported the kyuubi along with it.That feat alone takes a hell lot of a chakra.Personally I'd rank him above jiraiya cuz we really don't know if minato had sage mode or not.

Come to think of it, you're right. I guess that puts him above base Naruto, at least.

Kisame when put together with the Samehada was able to wield the power and have the chakra as compared to Bijuu.. And it was with Samehada he was called a tail-less beast

Obito cannot be above Madara due to the simple fact that Madara coated the Kyuubi in Susanoo, which is an incredible feat. He's also hyped as the strongest Uchiha in technique and chakra so there's that.

Obito beats madara for the simple fact that he has senju and uchiha dna. He's the 2nd of the six paths, he is able to spam kamui, an MS technique similar to that of ama and tsuku constantly throughout the manga. And he hasnt shown 1 sign of fatigue during any of his fights, while madara was not only showing signs of fatigue during hashi's fight, but he ended up losing and had kurama's chakra at his disposal.

By all means, it's canon Kushina had strong chakra. Thing is, she didn't show it on screen. As you have seen, my top was made using a combination of feats, hype and databook stats. Kushina surviving the extraction simply means she's durable, but doesn't quite put her before the shinobi in my list.

You dont think that she deserves an honorable mention? She definitely has more chakra than gai...

Yup.I think so.But don't forget that naruto's crappy chakra control makes him waste more chakra than necessary.So we can't really confirm it.Naruto makes 1000 shadow clones in base form.Think how much chakra it takes to do that with naruto's chakra control?

Naruto has better chakra reserves than his father, minato wouldnt be able to spam 1000 clones...Kakashi can do 2 at most

1. Hashirama - Always #1 : chakrawise
2. Nagato Uzumaki - Destroyed Konoha, Fought many Leaf Shinobis, SM Naruto, 6 Tails Naruto, Revived many dead leaf people.
3. Kisame Hoshigaki - Called Tailless Beast.
4. Uchiha Madara - Excluding Hashirama's DNA power here because Madara stole it and it is not fair to other characters.
5. 3rd Raikage - 3 days & 3 days stood before 10K shinobis.
6. Jiraiya
7. Naruto Uzumaki - Excluding Kurama's chakra
8. Minato Namikaze - #8 because he got exhausted after teleporting Kurama. His earlier techniques were not much chakra consuming.
9. Tsunade - She has brutal strength but does not have high chakra reserves.
10. Tobi - Excluding Hashirama's DNA here as it is not fair to other characters.

Your list isnt bad but you cant take away obito's senju DNA, might as well take away kisame's samehada or nagato's rinnegan...

How can you assume that minato's techniques were not chakra consuming??
Excluding that summoning he did,he used ftg on numerous occasions,teleported a bijuudama and used RDS, the eight tetragram seal and was still alive until he was stabbed by kyuubi's claw.His chakra level is at least above jiraiya.

They wanna use base naruto, which is understandable. But you are right and obito's chakra > madara's

Every time obito attacks he uses kamui, which is an MS technique...and why are you using feats from edo madara (mokuton clones? flower tree world?? U_U)

Well!We've only seen him in battle for 2 or 3 episodes.The fact that he had a contract with the toads may imply that he too had sage mode and minato was the one who invented rasengan.Minato saved the village, defeated obito and sealed the kyuubi.On the other hand Naruto was in sage mode when he fought pein.He had help from the two toad sages and pein needed naruto alive.So that was a plot shield for naruto.Minato was in base form when he did all this unlike naruto who needed sage mode.

Part 1 naruto can do 1000 clones but needed kurama's chakra to summon bunta while minato was able to summon bunta during his youth without the need of a bijuu chakra.
