Bending the lightning [Raiton Training]

As I begin to gather a great amount of raiton chakra in my right arm I peform the hand seals Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey.As the final hand seal forms I charge the lightning in my hand and shape it into a chaotic lightning ball.As the lightning grows stronger in my hand it becomes even more chaotic and harder to control so I release a little bit of it to crackle around my hands making it controlable.

Well the hand seals (until you master raiton),the fact that the technique looks pretty "original" so its not hard to recognize,especially the stance Kakashi takes when he forms it with the extended hand and such.

Ah, fair enough. Well, Chidori (this jutsu) has a particular sound, the sound of chirping birds of which it's name is derived from. You'd be able to tell the difference between this jutsu and say, the next one quite easily.

Description: The user must first perform the following sequence of hand seals Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey and they create a lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name.
Note: Someone who mastered lightning release can perform chidori with just the Ox hand seal.

Perform a few hand seals as you gather a large amount of lightning chakra into your hands, slamming them on the ground to release a triangular shaped bolt of lightning across the ground. The heat of the lightning is strong enough to scorch the surrounding earth as well as leaving a small channel in the ground as it travels along it. Due to it 'ripping' through the earth's surface, you'd hear the destruction of earth as well as the normal buzzing of lightning you'd expect from most other jutsu. Not the chirping that all chidori techniques emit.

I first begin by gathering a large amount of lightning chakra in my hands as I perform the required hand seals.As the final seal is formed I slam my hands on the ground and begin pushing out the chakra releasing a triangular shaped bolt of lightning that travels across the ground ripping through the earth.

(Raiton: Ikazuchi Hakai) – Lightning Release: Lightning Destruction

Description: After performing a small sequence of hand seals the user will place their hand on the ground converting their chakra in to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the enemy. The shape of the bolt is a triangular with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

Flood your body with raiton and use it to release a loose current of electricity around you that should hit everything that may be trying to touch you. Since this is a version of Chidori, it will create the same sound as a chidori just not as loud or frequent since it lasts for only a few seconds. If this current of electricity hits a living creature, they will become paralysed and unable to manipulate chakra for the immediate few seconds.

I begin by gathering a large amount of raiton chakra throughout my body and once I gather enough of it I then proceed to release.As it is released it turns into a loose current of electricity that hits evreything around me but my senpai cause logic is shit U_U

So, with Nagashi you can use it one of two ways. The first is the way you just performed, now try aiming for me as I stand over here in mid range. What you'll need to do it channel the Chidori Nagashi (Chidori Current) along the ground in one direction so that it is capable of reaching me. Don't worry about harming me, I'm more than prepared for what is to come.

I once again begin by gathering large amount of chakra throughout of my body but this time concentrate on aiming it towards my senpai.
As I see the cocky bastard smiling thinking I cant hurt him I release the gathered chakra channeling it along the ground heading towards my senapi.As it reaches him I have no idea what happens as im too buzy looking away at the sunset U_U

*As the lightning heads towards me, I charge lightning chakra into my sword and plunge it into the ground, drawing the Nagashi into it. While you are busy looking at the sunset, I release my chakra through the air, targeting your senses. You suddenly see two large snakes burst out of the ground that bind you in place.*

Now, while I have you in one place. This is actually a genjutsu, the snakes won't hurt you unless I push the jutsu to that stage. I've done this to teach you another feature of the Nagashi, the feature that allows you to break free of Genjutsu up to B-rank. Of course you must have reason to suspect a genjutsu, other-wise it' meta-gaming. For this jutsu, Nagashi is a pretty obvious counter as you can't move and Nagashi requires no hand seal. For this you'll use the short-range, full body version to break out of it.

However this only works on free flowing lightning based techniques such as the Chidori current and not on focused lightning based techniques

Tell me this.
Lets say I know my opponent doesnt have the snake summon as it isnt in his bio,I couldnt use that as a reason right?

As I am binded by the weird ****ed up snakes I notice one of them is twisted and looks too messed up to be real so I gather some raiton chakra in my body and release onto myself slightly shocking myself and through the pain breaking free of the genjutsu.

Not a realistic reason but this isnt genjutsu training so I figured..what the hell xD

For this particular jutsu, it's not really needed to work out it's a genjutsu. You'll be trapped by snakes and want to kill them right? Well, Chidori Nagashi is you go-to card for that in your attempt to kill the snakes, thus releasing you from the gen.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electrically charged chakra from their body. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it only paralyzes. The lightning can be channelled through metal objects, as well as spread out into the air or ground.

So, summarise what you've just been taught about Nagashi into small concise points. Also ask any questions you have about it.

- This jutsu if not controlled or aimed hits evreything around you
- If controlled and it hits the opponent it paralyzes him,same applyes even if not controlled
- It does not require hand seals making it a go to card for escaping genjutsu
- Its also a good jutsu if you are constricted by something and cant use hand seals although it depends on what jutsu restricted you.

It does not require hand seals making it a go to card for escaping genjutsu Only if you have good reason, (Like snakes or a monster is attacking you) it's best for a paralysis genjutsu where you can't use Kai. xD

Now, form a chidori in your hand and point it at that tree. Then shape and release many small needles of chidori lightning, bombarding the tree with them.

Note that since this is a chidori variant, it still has the unique chidori sound and will paralyse on contact with the needles.

(Raiton: Chidori Senbon) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Needle

Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon. It has more specialized speed than the normal Chidori and can cause damage throughout multiple places on the body. Although it’s not stated, this technique probably takes on Chidori's characteristics such as its ability to cut through almost anything and numb parts of the body.

Concentrate and compress your lightning chakra into a small ball in one of your hands, then run up to my clone and slam it in his face, directing the following explosion entirely at him.

I extend my right arm and begin channeling some raiton chakra into it.As I gather enough of it I slowly release it bit by bit and as it is comming out I compress it making it smaller creating a ball full of lightning chakra.I then run up to your clone and slam it in his face causing the compressed chakra to burst out in an explosion and taking out the clone.

So its back to clone killing huh?

Perform the Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger hand seals and use your lightning chakra to force out sixteen pillars of earth to form a sort of box/oven over there.

I am a very loving person senpai and I dont enjoy hurting anything but humans U_U

I begin by performing the Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger hand seals and slam my hands against the ground channeling chakra through it and raising 16 pillars of earth.As the pillars rise they imprision the imaginary target and it looks like an oven.There I would channel my lightning chakra and cooking the imaginary target at a nice 60 degrees,little crispy but not too well done


How exactly do the pillers rise up?I cant see how lightning chakra pulls the pillars out

Perform the Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare hand seals and direct your lightning chakra into the ground to four point around my clone, forming a box. Then use your lighting chakra to force up four pillars, charged with lighting that will then direct massive amounts of lightning at my clone, trapping him and eventually killing him.

Remember how you performed the Four Pillar Bind *See above*

Same thing but you use more chakra and create more pillars. However these pillars can't shock people...
