Well tell me this,techniques that require specific things such as curse mark and such,if I were to get CM would I need to learn the techniques or do I get them auto?

Also considering I cant master lightning yet since I dont have ninjutsu can I still use chidori with a single hand seal if I just miss that one jutsu?

One's that require a curse mark or are character specific won't require training... as long as you complete the last jutsu before you get them xD

You can't specialise in anything you haven't completed yet, meaning you need to learn the Rasegan variants and Shadow clone variants of the elements you want to specialise in. That also means you can't 'master' an element until you learn them either... *Sees water as "Mastered" on your profile* <_<

Corrections... Water needs wind rasengan which needs rasengan which you lean in ninjutsu xD
