I think it could go either way. Naruto being a jinch and being able to produce kage level clones will be of great help. Of course this is kabuto DSM without Edos.

KCM sensing and chakra arms negate an attack while Naruto is under the affect of white rage (assuming his chakra cloak doesn't prevent him from moving)
and it's not like chakra scalpels will do much against Naruto's KCM cloak if their best feat is cutting Itachi in half. Naruto already tanked an attack that would cut itachi in half to his face and received no damage.
Kurama snaps Naruto out of sound genjutsu or if he has clones out, they snap each other out with chakra arms
FRS easily cuts through dance of the seedling fern, rasengan probably busts the technique as well or he could just outrun the technique with his speed.
And it's not like kabuto's going to have the opportunity to do any of that when he's busy trying to avoid 3+ FRS guided by chakra arms coming at him from different directions. Kabuto can't tank FRS even with hydrification as it destroys the chakra network rendering shinobi incapable of molding chakra and it vaporizes.

BM Naruto nearly fodderizes DSM Kabuto. Even if it's a cave, Naruto just Bijuudama's the cave and removes every tactical advantage Kabuto has.

I don't think avoiding would be a problem for Kabuto due to his extreme senses granted from being in Sage mode. He dodge on of the fastest moves:

Kabuto going hydrfication gives him access to change molecules from his body. It won't be normal means to attack chakra channels being liquid. Also I would like to add (if anything). Using Kidomaru's DNA he can reduce the damage by using Sticky Gold armor.

Kabuto's hydrification is far from instant however FRS instantly explodes into the vortex after it hits him, thus it will tear his chakra network up long before he is able to liquify. In addition to that, the vortex vaporizes him so whatever part of him is caught in the wind sphere will vanish.
I don't see how Naruto would fail to defend himself from the technique even if blind and unable to hear. He didn't defend against Han with hearing or sight, rather it was through his KCM sensing, and his chakra arms can protect him from Kabuto's attack as they only require thought to be used.
Naruto being burned by roshi's lava is not really relevant to chakra scalpels as chakra scalpels don't do burn damage. The chakra scalpel's best feat is cutting Itachi in half, however Naruto took an attack

FRS has enormous piercing power. The third raikage was hyped as having "skin like steel, blood like iron" and he did not straight up tank it, he took a FRS with his Raiton shield up, the same raiton shield that easily deflects Chidori blades.

What makes FRS dangerous is the attacking the cells (A cellular attack). Gold armor helps prevent it do that. That how the Sticky Gold help stop Neji's attack piercing his internal chakra channel:

But for the explosion it will be wiped out. So it is still useful from the real intentions of FRS (cell/chakra channel protection). The hydrication and Karin's instant heals and he is good to go. Also that is a bold statement without any scans saying it is Far from instant to activate. Anyone useing that tech has never shown to be slow.
I will post more about how Kabuto's attacks can take on Naruto later. Right now I'm taking more of a defensive side.

Since day one people been complaining about me doing that and I'm ignorant for not changing it. Ill just leave my points here:
Its not just he isn't able to hear, the sonic boom makes him go numb due to the vibration of the sound. It is very similar to a Stun grenade. (Read what Itachi said) This still leaves Naruto open for another attack.
I wasn't clear about my point sorry. I wanted to point out that Naruto's cloak doesn't protect him from damage. That was all. Also, I don't see how you think cutting Itachi in half was not impressive. This shows you that if Itachi was not Edo, that would of happened to his body. Its not clear what you were trying to point mentioning what happened to Orochimaru instead of Naruto. Please Elaborate? You didn't post a scan of KM Naruto taking such attacks
I think it is very reasonable to say he could with Sage Mode. Using SM gives you chakra senses and better reaction time. So even against a speedster, using this Mode will not be a problem hitting your opponent, example of Sage Mode feat:

Thrid Raikage had lived up to that hype and Made It A Fact that he had steel skin. I suggest reading the chapter again (FRS LIMIT! chapter 554). They made a whole chapter of him and a reason he can/could withstood such an attack.
I'm aware of FRS but what makes it stronger it how it effects the opponent. It explains how Kakuzu was still able to talk after getting hit by it. The chakra rods are hard but we have no base assumption on how hard that it. The scan shown that IT Did take a while cut but keep in mind not to even those compare scalp blades to Kimmimaro's bones:

Thats impressive. But Kabuto's SM doesn't reply doing by just speed to dodge but by sensing and reaction increasing, which is more impressive then a typical speedster dodging

but naruto didn't use his sense of sight or sound to counterattack Han. He doesn't even have to move from his position since he can create chakra arms and fend Kabuto off that way.
Cutting itachi was impressive, however KCM Naruto took an attack that would have cut orochimaru in half right to his face. In the scan i posted earlier orochimaru was swiped in half by the kyuubi's claw attack. KCM Naruto took a similar attack: Yuugito's V2 cat claw right to his face and received no lasting damage from it. So if cutting itachi in half is the best chakra scalpels does it doesn't do much to KCM Naruto's durability.
I think he possibly could avoid 1 guided and redirected FRS while in SM, however he is going up against multiple guided FRS at the same time which I do not agree he'd be able to dodge if sandaime raikage can't dodge 1 despite being faster.
Yeah, I already read it and I posted why he withstood the attack: because he had his RnY up which exponentially boosts his defenses. And no, his skin is tiers more durable than steel by feats.
The one used on Kakuzu was only 50% complete and was a base FRS. We see later when it is used on human realm it completely disintegrates whatever it comes into contact with. Kabuto is going up against the KCM version of this attack.
We do have a basis for how hard it is, the scan I showed you proves the chakra receiver is at least 3 times more durable than solid steel, and a normal rasengan was so powerful it was destroying those chakra rods without even touching it. Kimimaro's bones have been stated to be as strong as steel and thus the rasengan would destroy them, FRS would easily cut through them.
like i said his sm sensing isn't going to make up for the fact he has to dodge multiple guided FRS while sandaime who is faster than him can't dodge 1.
FRS is not dangerous because it attacks cells, it's dangerous because it attacks on a cellular level. Golden armor has not blocked anything close to the power of a normal rasengan, let alone a KCM rasengan, it would provide no defense at all against any rasengan that Naruto has.
the armor provides no protection against any type of rasengan. FRS attacks at the cellular level, it does not just attacks cells. Whatever is inside the wind sphere gets completely oblitterated unless you are the most durable shinobi in the narutoverse with your raiton shield activated. So no, the armor would get disintegrated along with kabuto. Hydrification does not protect one from disintegration, and healing and hydrification require chakra which is something that kabuto has limits of.
