How does Kabuto win mid diff without edo tensei?

Edo Itachi and Sasuke were restricted from using killing force, and by feats KCM Naruto is far stronger than both Edo Itachi and Sasuke (Kage level clones remember?). Kabuto gets disintegrated by one of several guided FRS which the faster raikage couldn't avoid.
