also at LOK.. I didnt know.. I have a recent vm from rei and she told me she NEVER lost a match. lol. so the fact he lost to rei shouldnt count. I dont know who kyle is.. but i heard somebody had to fight Rei and Xylon and had to slightly win or draw it out.. >_> i think it was roku

anybody notice that uzumaki naruto bio of naruto is still approved. so if he randomly decides to come back into rp and join a village the same day. he could go into war, go naruto mode and spam that ish before its declined. Lol

I guess I can throw in my two cents:
Well as far as opedness I don't rate people based on there customs or that other shits. My top 3 is divided into two sections, Active Wise and Inactive Wise.
Active Wise:
Zanji- This guy right here just owned that Roshi Test,beast with Ice Techniques,and is a great roleplayer.
Riku-Like Jokey stated,he is just that great,I like reading his moves and is another beast with Ice Release.
Scorps/Liliana/SY- These 3 are tied IMO as all 3 of them are extremely great at fighting and is a joy to read there fights(especially Lili's)
Inactive Wise:
Izuna- This guy right here......he is just awesome.
-Naruto-: After reading a few fights he was in he is a boss Wind user.
Goro/Roku/Bisha- Haven't seen much of there fights but Goro ill admit is hell as funny xd

Lol Teno those quotes are from 2009. Kyle beat Bisha during the first NW war. Rei beat him in a tourney fight that oped people had at the end of 09, i couldn't join
