But none of these are nothing to scoff at and all arguments for them are great

Sasuke had help from oro's cursed seal...and kakashi's chidori training...What im saying is that they all had help from someone at some point in their life, but obito was the one to make the most improvement in the shortest amount of time, making his improvement the best.

Damn, this is a tough choice.

At first, I was going to pick Naruto, but then I saw that you have Obito on the poll as well.

Tbh, Naruto has always had an impressive potential due to the Kyuubi, so we all knew he'd become way more powerful since the beginning. The only things that stand out to me as impressive is his mastery of Sage Mode and taming Kurama.

Obito, on the other hand, showed us only the Sharingan and some Katon techniques from his limited appearance. Since then, he's gained access to Mokuton, the Mangekyo and the Rinnengan, as well as masterminding the entire Akatsuki. That, in my opinion, is a drastically impressive growth from the younger Obito we all saw in Kakashi Gaiden.

All obito got was senju DNA, the ability to control mokuton is his power now. Because of his sharingan. And MS is his power too, and that MS is the reason why he has the most improvement.

Point is it doesnt matter who helps you get there, whoever has got the most improvement despite the type of assistance they get, is still the most improved character...
