Naruto has progressed on natural talent and pure will.

Obito has improved, because he's being adding parts to his body to enhance his powers, which isn't exactly legit.

Naruto is also allot younger and can already go toe to toe with him. Naruto went from being one of the weakest to the strongest in a matter for 3 years.

It took a sharingan user 15+ years, body enhance meant, 6 tailed beasts and a rinnegan to become stronger. Even then.... The gap between their strength levels isn't exactly wide

Ok you're right but that might also be due to the fact that we actually SAW Naruto training and progressively get stronger

To be fair, all three of them used to be fodder and are now some of the strongest people in the NV. All three are top 10 in very short amounts of time.

Yea but i would say Obito used to be weaker than both of them. Also he able to give Minato a hard time when he was just a teenager.

I personally belive that Naruto have the most impressive growth.

Obito on the other hand did have a much bigger jump in power (took him less than 5 years go from from the guy that lost to guy at the chunin exam to going toe to toe with Minato) but his growth is filled with Plot Hole Ninjitsu so it dosen't count.
