Well If it needs Charging it obviously cant happen too fast.. So itachi could Either Amertarasu Onaki .. Or use tsukuyomi ( which btw he does not have to say to use) ..

The Mirror streched and became a sphere it covers above its head, and why would a sphere only cover the front? Why would it strech only to above its head? The mirror changes shape based on the attack so it will change and protect from Jinton.

It covered the head and the sides. You have no proof it would cover the entire Susano'O.

Oh wow....You have to be kidding me. It would extend to the head and the sides to block a Kunai explosive tag combo but it wouldn't stretch to the back. Databook states it changes form to accommodate for the type of attack it needs to deal with, there are already feats of it doing so but you deny it being able to cover the back.....

Because its never been done. There's no proof that it can stretch that far nor does the Databook state that it can stretch that far.

It states that it changes form to block ANY attack depending on the attack that is fired at it. If an attack that covers the whole Susanoo is fired at it then it will change to a necessary shape to block that attack.

No one needs to die for the Gokage to win. A "healthy" Itachi isn't immune to the pain MS gives to the user and he can't spam its techniques, he just won't get blind or die because of using it in just one battle.
Gokage win mid-diff at worst case. Yata mirror only covers the front and nullfies elemental attacks, that's not keeping the Gokage from winning and its not killing any of them.
Also Itachi has a limit, healthy or not.
