Unless hes blind in the puppet their eyes work therefor ocular genjutsu must work

Genjutsu Vs Sasori would mess up his chakra flow, therefore the puppet wouldn't be controlled by him.

The only thing Sasori had was a Core which held all his chakra and flesh which when put into a puppet would bring it to life. Remember Sakura smashed both of his puppet forms and when his heart jumped back into the body it started to bring all the pieces back.

So everything about sasori is just a puppet indicating he has no brain and this is why poison, genjutsu, and his endurance wouldn't be lost either. only way to defeat sasori is by destroying his core.

Sasori has no brain. It's said plenty of times in this manga that the only living thing he had when he turned his body to puppet was his heart. Ultimate proof of it is that is this pic. He switched his heart from his main puppet body to another puppet but was still acting normally:

You know when you brought in the Bijuu being consisted of purely chakra your theory of Genjutsu not working on Sasori just fell through the floor. Last time I checked, Kurama has been controlled a number of times through Genjutsu

Bijuu are entities that can survive without any organs or flesh. They are purely made up of chakra, yet they live. But if you want another example okay then. How about oro and kabuto? remember when kabuto implanted some of oro's chakra into himself? kabuto said that oro was slowly trying to take over, even though kabuto had full control. Now tell me how can oro, who is purely made up of chakra at this point, possibly take over someone if he doesnt have a brain? Or better yet, how was oro able to get revived from anko's CM? he was just pure chakra at that point?

Now tell me If I failed biology then why is flesh found between skin and bone, but organs are found underneath/protected by the bone, nowhere near the skin?

Actually that is genjutsu. Mokuton seems to only surpress theme
