It's 300 years after Ichigo's Timeline. There are completely different captains, and new seated members also. There are still some quincies alive, but still few. A lot of arrancars were born, and some are even seated in the gotei 13.

(Nah, 12th division are said to be "strongest" because they love to fight, Neo 12nd still does but now accepts Kidou based Shinigami, and would even encourage to learn Kidou.)

(yumichika was a seat in the 11th division and he didnt want to show his kido based zanpakuto because of that, the 12th division is the technology division, the kenpachis have always been in the 11th division, mayuri is the current 12th division cap.. in the canon that is)
