1) Well, the fireball is a, well, fireball. This is a stream of fire. They're both B rank so they're both great. Yes, I believe so.

2) Lol, you could've come up with something, but ok. If you understand it then please perform it.

3) I believe that if to be like this. Let's say you need 6 slashes. If you have one sword you'll have to make 6 consecutive slashes while with two you would need only 3 with each sword. This, however doesn't mean that you will perform the technique faster since it's slash by slash anyway.

4) Well, the user will shoot it from his mouth and aim at your feet. It's not that hard to dodge, honestly, lol. You can use most water techniques. You could for example use this one to overpower the fire and continue towards the opponent.

When combined with Wind Release: Pressure Damage, this technique is amplified to the point of being able to evaporate a large amount of water in an instant.

This technique is used best with the wind technique. Now, after you perform the handseals you spew out a fireball that will violently spread into a firestorm and incinerate a large area. You make is so that it travels along the ground so that it's hard to evade, and if you perform it with the wind technique, not even a water technique would be able to stop it (well, depending on rank of course).

I don't really like this technique to be honest. It takes quite some time to perform and it laves me open instead of attacking the opponent. When you stomp on the ground and make the hole you have to spit the fire and by then your opponent could've already wiped your ass out. And to tap all that you have to perform a handseal for the lava to erupt. >_>

1. So, this is the technique those ANBUs used on Pain's dog right? U_U so, until I've learnt Raiton and Doton, i really can't use it? or is there a loop hole for this technique.... also, not sure i like toad meat that much xd

Can be performed anyway the user feels comfortable with, provided (in NB RP) it is reasonable: One hand, two hands, three hands (shadow clone help) etc. Can be used for short ranged attacks and is effective against most (if not all) nature types.

2. 2nd Jutsu
By gathering chakra in his lungs, the user expells blasts of wind balls that function like bullets in a wide range, charging through opponents flesh. Can be used effectively to charge through earth walls, if fired in consecutive shouts at one point!

3. 3rd Jutsu
The user breathes in and exhales gusts of wind that are shaped like blades in different directions at the opponent. They can be concentrated to one target . . . with serious damages! effective against raiton armours, doton armours doton shields..etc! Fire will backfire if of the same or higher rank!

Note with that first one that it isn't the rasengan Naruto uses at the beginning, and only Naruto has used it. It's a rasengan with wind chakra mixed into it, thus it's completely different and in theory should be stronger than a normal rasengan. It's basically the middle step of Rasengan to Rasenshuriken. So can you please look up Fuuton: Rasengan instead of the normal chakra one and redo your post (the other two were fine).

By the use of 3-5 hands, depends on the user, chakra is released, rotated and changed into wind. the wind forms a small ball capable of knocking out another Rasengan and every other Jutsu below a rasengan minus fire release jutsus. Used only at point blank on in conjuction with another element( Water).

Do i have to announce at the beginning of a battle that i have these scrolls or it's irrelevant. Plus if for example i'm battling a hyuuga and i have my chakra blocked , can i still use these two jutsus??

are the jutsus guided? like if i send them, can it be evaded or it must be blocked
