Maybe but i dont see garp as the revolutionary type unless being provoked or mentored into!!! Why you ask?!!! Because luffy and garps personalites are practically the same just at diffrent extremes!!!
Garp is deffinatly not the Revolutionary type...he is textbook Marine. I'd say Luffy and Garp have the same personality, but different extremes of their goals (marines vs pirates). I could see Dragon as always a revolutionary (similar to Luffy wanting to be a pirate...Dragon may have seen a fault with government since he has some high class offiliation if I remember right)....Dragon's wife was probably a marine IMO as I'd think Garp would like that...also with the family you'd have Marine Mother, Pirate Son, and Revolutionary Dad.....or maybee she was just another civilian (civillian mom, revolutionary dad, pirate son, and marine grandfather), but it wouldn't make sense that she wasn't around when he was being raised.
We even dont know sanjis, zoros, usopps, robins, brooks mother. It doesnt matter much.
Well Robin's Mother was Nico Olvia who was basically Robin with White hair! Also significant in developing her as a Archeologist (so when her mother came back, she could go to see with her). We do not; however, know her father...probably never will.
