No, he learned the name of his zanpakuto= shikai. For his bankai he will need many more years or Urahara's bankai training device

Given that it's Kenpachi, how long do honestly think it'll take him to master his zanpakuto? I'd give it 3 weeks, max.

LOL the last part wasnt meant at you but at somebody else xd, I knew what you meant, but I think that Kenpachi got enough power-ups lately and we need to save some for later when the super strong bad guys makes their appearanc

Kubo said that he has enough to write about, that it will take 8-12 years to cover all the information, during an interview, but yeah who knows what is going on inside Kubo's head.
