Maybe Tatsuki as well as the others will come into their powers, but I think that would be more towards the end as sort of a way to show that humans can protect themselves now (indirectly because of Ichigo sense they got their powers from him) and shinigami can play a back-up role. As far as the Ulquiorra coming back as a Quincy, I don't see why or how that would even happen.

It's up to you but I think you're missing out. The other's gave you just a little bit about why you should give this last arc a chance.

After the aizen arc bleach sucks the big one imo....

The filler arcs weren't that great and the Fullbringer arc was just awful (but necessary I guess). This last arc though has been pretty good. It's more story than action, but it's now pulling all the pieces together from the gaps in the previous arcs.

True, but since they have been classified forbidden, we will never know who has mastered them. I do agree that Tessai being the creator is a good theory as well, but it might as well be a zero squad member who made it XD If none of them appears to be the creator, then I will say that Tessai is probably the one who created it.
