Storm 3 help !!

Hey, I want a tip for this situation:

Situation: I start Taijutsu, he substitutes then he goes for it then I substitute, but he is so fast that he starts me again and when I substitute again he does it again and I end up with 0 substitutions and he has 3.. What can I do? ><

"He" are my friends in irl who all beat me on this game, but I wanna be better, but I dont have the game so I only watch on Youtube and every (almost) Saturday we go and play together. It's fun but I wanna win at least a match!!!1


Also, when they awaken with a Susano'o even if they have low hp I can't even touch that guy and he solo's my health whatever it is.

I play Darui and they play Naruto/Pain/Neji/Raikage/Hashirama/Sasuke/Madara.

Is darui's awakening good to spam? [Such like Nagato's] Does Darui have an ultimate jutsu that cannot be canceled? Should I initiate for a taijutsu or spam my jutsu? ps this jutsu that darui has is so useless imo.. the enemy doesn't take much damage and he doesnt fell down.. How can I use it effectively?

Use Roshi man.He has a good tilt and broken Awakening.Use jump cancel to block the c dash from behind then intercept.Its pretty simple to do actually.

Don't spam anything. Just play for longer with a better range of characters and you'll improve. simple.

The only thing u need to do, never dash back and never spam on them, but u need to jump and block to cancel they're movement from using dash.

Chakra dash them when you see they use a substitute. I still need to wait a few days for storm 3, but on generations I always chakra dash and I heard from friends that it still works on UNS3

At certain points in someones combo.By pressing the jump button once you can jump cancel out of it.This gives a few options:
-Air dash again to play mind games on opponents.
-Air combo
-Block support attacks

Holding onto the guard button while jumping will make you guard in the air.

Why can't you change? there could be an amazing character waiting on that roster for you who fits your fighting style perfectly. I use the entire roster and trust me it WORKS. And it does help, it's the best advice you'll probably get. Keep trying and you'll figure out how to time your dashes and when and when not to get hit by attacks. Subbing out of situations isn't the ideal solution when an attack starts- more like a resort.

Sometimes you don't even need to get into the combo fighting because then you're likely playing right into their hands. Charge an attack or launch the assists out when they dash and send them flying back. If you can't dominate with non-stop combos then take a step back and let the opponent do all the work.

Spamming isn't the answer. Darui is hardly the quickest character for combos.

Dont spam,you dont wanna fall down to their level
Its a game,dont take defeats seriously
And if ur opponent constantly uses combos and chakra dashes on u,use subsitution once,keep ur guard up and call a subsitute,thenbuse ninja tools like burst kunais,but the best way to counter this is to start using combos on him to put the pressure on him too and carefully use guard break,it requires a bit practice but in reality,its quite simple..
For long ranged opponents,close in and fight
The best you can do in a battle is use your supports wisely,dont keep using them to fill ur team meter...and use ninja tools
