It isn't surprising because Gaara was able to stop it by infusing his chackra in his sand, and basically Tsunade is all about chackra control, so its still outstanding to this point that she can stop it, or heal from the damaged.

just so you know we are focusing on the cells not Tsunade the cells are the overall entity and not Tsunade in general, Think of her enzymes and cells has people who give birth to children when they are destroyed and those children quickly becomes adults to reproduced new ones. so when the flame is cast on the first generation and eradicate it, then it moves on to something else, because its job is finished, A new sets of flame would need to be cast to decimate the second generation of cells/people. I hope you understand what I'm saying.

Why do you fantasize these things; attempting to convince the majority with your vague assumptions? It's clear you lack detail on basic principles of human anatomy and Amatearsu as a technique overall....your logic only serves to aggravate me. Amatearsu in all cases shown targets the entire opponent or a desired section of the opponents body via the caster focusing on that point, not individual enzymes or cells being that both they and the flame would invisible to the naked eye at such minute scales.

Fantasize? Convince? Assumptions? No no just No, I'm not persuading anybody nor am i fantasizing that she could do so, I'm just being perspicuous for the unintelligent masses and still there are people like you who so call feel irate of the fact that, Tsunade would eventually heal from the flames based on what has occurred in the manga and negating the truth
