[Xbox 360] Storm 3 DLC codes not working?

So, today I finally got my copy of Storm 3 in the post, along with the 5 costume DLC codes and the Goku DLC code.
I entered these onto the Storm 3 website, and got both of the codes I'd need to redeem on Xbox Marketplace to actually download the costumes. However, I tried redeeming them, and according to Xbox they're not valid codes.

I've tried numerous times, making sure I have made no errors at all when entering them. I even tried redeeming them on Xbox.com, but I had no luck there.

Is anyone else having this problem? I'm fairly sure my codes haven't expired or been used by someone else, so maybe I just need to wait until the DLC is uploaded onto Xbox Marketplace before redeeming again? Even so, I would expect the DLC to already be there by now. :eww:

Mine worked, the first time it didn't, then when I clicked try again it still didn't work. I then closed it all the way out, and reentered the code over again, and it worked for me. Hope that helps

Yeh, I most likely will if the codes still don't work after a few days. I tried contacting Namco-Bandai as well, but their website is insanely slow.

I'm from the UK, so mine is the PAL version. I'm not sure if Europe will have the same DLC probles as Australia, but it seems like a possibility.

Ahh, right. I might give that a go, since I tried them before I went to college.
Fingers crossed that they work when I try them in a few mins.


EDIT: Codes finally work, after about 50 attempts.
I don't think I'll be preordering again after this. This game has been giving me way too many problems. xD
