I think the Uchihas because Naruto would go rampart and Madara would then control the kyubii from inside Naruto.
But in case Sasuke feels Naruto is his friend he would be able to suppress the kyubi

This is a tough one. Minato vs Madara, well we can't decide that because we do not yet know the full extent of Madara's space-time jutsu or if it is even space-time at all. Of course Naruto will own Sasuke. >_> Obvious reasons. We all saw what Naruto is capable of and I don't think that Sasuke could do such things. Plus, FRS owns Chidori.
I don't understand how people are saying that Itachi can beat Jiraiya. Itachi said himself that Jiraiya is far stronger than he and Kisame, and that was even when Itachi knew nothing about Jiraiya's sage mode. Jiraiya also can negate sharingan as he is a Sage and Sage Mode>Sharingan (obviously). Then, even if Itachi used Susano, Jiraiya can easily avoid that long enough to expire Itachi's chakra, and he could just use the Sing genjutsu or whatever, which is known to be unstoppable that not even the Rinnegan can avoid it.
And also, Minato's jutsu, Flying Thunder God...I don't know why people say Itachi can beat him. No way. Minato was extremely skilled and aside from that, Flying thunder God moves at the speed of light. I highly doubt Itachi could even cast a genjutsu in that time. =/
So the sages beat Itachi and Sasuke. Then J-man, Minato and Naruto could find a way to beat Madara. After all, Naruto has main-character power XD

-minato vs madara, NOBODY KNOWS FOR SURE.
-itachi SAID that kisame and himself would lose against jiraiya(AND THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW ABOUT HERMIT MODE). itachi also said, AND I QUOTE, "even if there were more of us, the result would remain the same."
-naruto would completely destroy sasuke within seconds if they fought full power. although it's probably gunna be a hard fight for naruto in the manga because he doesn't want to kill sasuke.

So? Batman and Robin were together and they ruled for several decades!
I like both teams, they both have there good and bad points which several people in this thread have mentioned (the points given about the Uchiha's seem to be stronger than the ones for the other team so far). But even if every single Senju or non-Uchiha is stronger than the whole Uchiha team, being able to control the kyubii with their eyes will give Uchihas the chance to release the fox and use it against any "enemy" team.
And Naruto can lose no matter how much I love him. Emotions when he meets Sasuke makes him lose his strength, he finds it hard to focus.

Myself i think uchihas because itachi may have said he couldnt beat jiraiya but who knows iv gotta say he had some amazing moves vs sasuke would have easily won if he didnthave that disease
madara vs minato is very hard to judge because we never really saw them in action but im gonna go ahead and say madara only because if minato could have beat him why go through all that effort of killing himself to give his son the power to defeat madara
and naruto vs sasuke is also tough to say i would say naruto but to be honest i think the manga is on the verge of another timeskip where sasuke gets the Ems

well i think that naruto could defeat sasuke but he would be badly injured...
im not sure about jiraya he might be able to defeat itachi after we saw his fight with pain but as i've said earlier im not sure.
madara is the problem here.. he's the strongest one of them all ...even minato told naruto that he would need some kind of a special power to defeat him(when he told naruto the reason why he put the kyubi inside of him)
but i vote for the sage cuz i like them more than i like the uchihas..

I agree with you one-hundred percent.
Naruto vs. Sasuke: I think Naruto gets the upper hand with Sage Mode but wouldn't win in seconds. I also like how people say MS is overpowered, I think now Sage Mode is the more overpowered one, well at least when Naruto uses it. A pretty big factor Sasuke/any of the Uchiha left for that matter is they can control the Kyuubi and use it against their opponents.
Itachi vs. Jiraiya: Itachi may have stated it in the past about Jiraiya being stonger but remember that Itachi wasn't really working for Akatsuki and was trying to "prevent" them and would've said anything to avoid a fight. He was a peaceful man who grew to hate fighting. With that said I don't really think I can choose an outcome. Jiraiya also needed to depend on those to frogs that sit on his shoulders, if the fight didn't include them he'd be much weaker and couldn't use that killer genjutsu.
Minato vs. Madara: It is unknown exactly how strong Minato was in combat or how fast he normally was and we don't know anything about Madara's combat either. Minato needs to throw his kunai w/seal to teleport and I think that can be countered to an extent. I think a person who survived the Shodaime Hokage isn't something to be taken lightly. I also would favor more for Madara's jutsu over Minato only because Madara doesn't need to put a seal toward his opponent and simply teleports away if targeted/caught.
Overall, I think there shouldn't be anyone choosing one team over the other because we truly don't have enough evidence. Any decisions are biased in my opinion.

I'm going to go with the sages or they all wind up dieing because:
1. Naruto is the main character and won't die in a fight unless it's the very end of the manga and his opponent(s) die(s) too.
2. We know nothing about Minato except that he was so strong and fast that ninja were ordered to flee the second they saw him. He also fought Madara and the Kyuubi at the same time(He stated that Madara saw through all of his attacks, he wouldn't have said this if he was focused soley on the Kyuubi).
3. Jiraiya was no pushover and was very strong. He had the title of Sanin for a reason.
4. We don't know how well Minato would do against the Ms and it's abilities. I would assume he knows about it since it would be pretty stupid for the leader of a village to know nothing about the clans residing in it.
5. We've never seen Madara attack anyone. He has just been avoiding attacks.
6. Sasuke would be defeated by Naruto imo. It wouldn't be any easy win but, a win none the less.
7. Jiraiya and Itachi might wind up killing eachother. Itachi wasn't in perfect health and was almost completely blind but, he was still a great ninja.

Sages will win.. why.. caz naruto jiraiya and minato all carry senju's will of fire.. they all r senju descendants.. if 1st can beat madara.. then Sages will triumph over Uchihas .. but it wud be a close call
I'd go for the sages, in the narutoverse chakra is everything sages can restore a lot of their powers by using sage mode...
as for the uchiha's yes they have the destructive powers but why in the world that they always loose the battle against senju clans?
maybe because senju clans are born with more chakra than uchiha's...altho uchiha's has more destructive power they are put to stop once they loose chakra, im not sure of that but that might be the possible answer to all uchiha losses over battles...
its like a battle of techniques but who ever has more chakra and stamina will stand out in the end...

elements: wind, j-man also have fire, plus they have water combinations with the frog sages
special techniques: sage mode (restorative chakra)
summons: frog sages
special power-ups: kyuubi (for naruto)
