I'd have to go with the uchiha's for one reason.

Diversity. Madara can use time space which pwn minato's time space (+ he's a natural legend).

Itachi can use susanoo/amaterasu/tsukuyomi which will pwn J-man

and sasuke would get pwn by naruto. So it would end up being a 2 on 1 fight. Madara+itachi against naruto....this one is a no brainer. Naruto would lose

madara easily reading minatos movments means he is stronger than minato and he wanted it to look like a natural disater, thus did not show his face

well i disagree i dont think jirya is too fast for itachi, and i dont think we even ever saw how fast itachi could move and frog genjutsu is weaker than MS genjutsu and slower to use :\

1. Naruto is the main character... meaning... he will never lose...
it could be Everyone else vs Naruto and he would still win somehow...

tsukuyomi IS the most powerful genjutsu, but theres a lot of ways to avoid it. i think frog genjutsu is better because, yes it way take a little bit to charge it up, but once you hear the singing.....IT'S OVER!!!!!!!!! HE PULLS YOUR EFFING SOUL OUT AND STABS YOU WITH A MASSIVE SWORD.
