Strongest to weakest Kages

Strongest Kages:

Konohagakure - Hashirama
Iwagakure - Mu
Kumogakure - Third Raikage
Kirigakure - Second Mizukage
Sunagakure - Gaara

Weakest Kages:

Konohagakure - Tsunade
Iwagakure - First Tsuchikage
Kumogakure - Second Raikage
Kirigakure - Mei
Sunagakure - Fourth Kazekage


If I had to rank all of them from village it would go like this

Konoha - Hashirama, Minato, Tobirama, Hiruzen, Tsunade

Suna - Gaara, 3rd Kazekage, 1st Kazekage, 2nd Kazekage, 4th Kazekage

Kiri - 2nd Mizukage, Yagura, Mei

Kumo - 3rd Raikage, A, 2nd Raikage

Iwa - Mu, Onoki, 1st Tsuchikage

I'm surprised to see Mei as a weak Kage but I couldn't really create a debate. I feel that Hiruzen is stronger than being the second to weakest. But hey again I don't know enough to argue. Good list mate.

good list.........overall I agree. Ranking the kages is a fairly easy task compared to ranking the strongest ninja in the narutoverse

I disagree with Hokage, Hiruzen shouldn't be so low.

I was going to put him above Tobirama (Possibly even Minato) but even hype included, Tobirama out matches Hiruzen.

Tobirama - Presumably went against Ginkaku, Kinkaku & 20 elite jounin (which means their a bit lower than Asuma but still strong) and Kakuzu could have even been there. It's yet to be confirmed

Hiruzen - Said to be a god/professor of shinobi but his battle feats have never been explained or shown. Once his prime battles are shown I may consider putting him as the 2nd strongest but until then Tobirama's hype out weighs Hiruzen's

Minato - 2nd fastest shinobi, took on Obito, took out 100 chunnin shinobi in a speed blitz, extraordinary sealing techniques and so much more.

Hashirama - No explanation needed

Sasori defeated him and Gaara>Sasori low diff so I just used ABC logic but who knows I may be wrong...

I want to know what led you to rank Gaara above the 3rd Kazekage. I don't know much about the 3rd but I sort of presumed that iron sand + magnet release would be pretty overpowering

Nice list, but i have to disagree with you at some points.........like........

Strongest Kazekage is Third Kazekage, Gaara is nowhere near the strongest. It is said many times in manga that third kazekage was the strongest kage. Iron sands > Gaara anyday.

Strongest kage in desending order are-
Konoha- Hashirama, Tobirama(not Minato), Hiruzen(not as a old fart, but young), Minato, Tsunade.

Why Tobirama>Hiruzen>Minato?
well, the answer is, the environment Tobirama grew, was of extreme competition, kids were made ninja at the age of 7, and died as well. Only most strongest ninjas ever grew enough old to be of nearly 25-30yrs of age. Plus, Tobirama had vast experience, and experience is a very important factor in a fight.

And, second, Hiruzen, too grew in war like environment, and had vast experience. Was the student of 1st and 2nd hokage.

I can agree that they all beat him by feats, except Tobirama. I don't really know much that he has shown to beat Hiruzen.

Water Dragon gets stopped by Earth Wall.

Water Wall and Finger Sensing are his only other feats and those are defensive techniques lol.

It's not wise to use A>B>C logic. Plus the Kin/Gin duo were beat by Darui... There is no proof that Tobirama would beat Hiruzen in a battle.

Hmmm, you may be right. But keep in mind Darui defeated them using their own tricks against them otherwise he would have never won, he also won due to plot. I know this theory may be wrong as well but Hiruzen was in his prime whilst with Tobirama, Danzo, Kagame etc. so if he was stronger shouldn't he have been the one to fight off Kin & Gin while the others escaped?
