Strongest to weakest Kages

Way, dude. Tobirama has a few feats, but nothing special. Hiruzen was kind of a let down in his fight against Orochimaru-sama.

Konohagakure - Hashirama
Iwagakure - Mu
Kumogakure - Third Raikage
Kirigakure - Second Mizukage
Sunagakure - Gaara

Weakest Kages:

Konohagakure - Tsunade
Iwagakure - First Tsuchikage
Kumogakure - Second Raikage
Kirigakure - Mei
Sunagakure - Fourth Kazekage


If I had to rank all of them from village it would go like this

Konoha - Hashirama, Minato, Tobirama, Hiruzen, Tsunade

Suna - Gaara, 3rd Kazekage, 1st Kazekage, 2nd Kazekage, 4th Kazekage

Kiri - 2nd Mizukage, Yagura, Mei

Kumo - 3rd Raikage, A, 2nd Raikage

Iwa - Mu, Onoki, 1st Tsuchikage

with the info we have this list is very accurate . but i would personally like to see a few capabilities of tobirama , hiruzen , minato

all we know is tobirama is a very powerfull water style user , finger sensing hiruzen mastered all leaf jutsu[but never showed using them] , even at old age used earth , water , fire styles and coming to minato uses teleportation , an arsenal of sealing jutsu , rasengan.i really want to know the different chakra types he posessed

I like your list 99% agree except the Kazekage.. it's not a matter of if Gaara is stronger than Sasori but iron sand vs sand.. Gaara surpassed the his father obviously but as for the third who was regarded as the strongest of the Kazekages even while Gaara was the current Kazekage.. because he was made into a puppet he couldn't be brought back as an edo :c we'll forever have the question of the strongest Kazekage which makes making lists impossible to be 100% correct
