I throw two bomb tags into each pillar and as they explode simultaneously, they pillars lean towards one another and the tornado is formed.*

So i know wind strengthens fire, so if you miss two jutsus of these elements together, could you increase the rank of it. like, this jutsu is C-rank, and i miss it with Great Fireball, could the outcome become B-rank

If you use this attack, and mix it with fireball, then the outcome will be b-rank fire/wind combo.

*i gather a large amount of chakra, add fire element to it, then let it seep up my throat(lol that so does not sound right). i take a deep breath as the fire-enhanced chakra comes up my throat(neither does that lol) and i release it all at once.A large Fireball is blasted out, incinerating all in it's path.*
