1rst is good, typically pose for a ninja 
. but isnt she a bit small on the 2nd one? her body is about 3times as long as the head, if you try to count it on on real humans, you'll notice that it's about 1:5. but the water effect looks good^^
he looks pretty much like a child with these proportions.
