What do you want to try out first, go ahead throw something at me and i'll defend and give you some notes. If you can't think of anything we can attack and see how you defend.

Sakon *Nods* Well first things first, as a Hozuki you are expected to be good with Water release as its your clan's main element, to the point of being able to turn yourself into water at any moment. Being good with water means you can easily defend yourself against Fire release, like so.
Sakon jumps back a short distance and unleashes a volley of shuriken from his right hand and releases fire chakra from his mouth as they are thrown, coating the shuriken in flames as they head towards you.

Sakon heh well thats one way to do it. Small condensed attacks slip right through the hozuki, Big attacks are a bit different. Earth Style you also need to watch out for since its strong against Water...For example
Sakon then causes the ground to his right to raise up into a large 2 meter squared cube that is hurled at you.

*the rock is deflected from your strength* be careful with how you word your replies and read your opponent's carefully, I only threw one rock but you said their were 2, the 2 was the # of meters squared, no big deal but in tournaments and stuff little things and get you killed. And you can deflect a big rock like that or knock it off course but I'm not sure about smashing it, if you add a sword to your bio you could easily cut through it though and that's stated in the arm jutsu.

Nidaime:...... Nidaime staring at your clone realizes that your clone forms a chidori...... Having past experiences with that jutsu Nidaime quickly realizes the enemy is mid range and he's using chidori... with a quick thought Nidaime realizes the purpose of the chidori with his eyes opening wider he then says Gahh..... Its Chidori Needles... Nidaime quickly spaces his feet as he stares at the lightning needles fly toward him.... Think Think... Got Ill defend and attack at the same time Nidaime quickly creates a blade of wind that will not only block the attack but keep going

The clone then proceeds to stomp the ground and create 3 huge pillars of fire that erupt around you trapping you in one spot. As you are trapped by the Fire the clone then causes the ground to raise in a 20 meter tall box just outside of the flame pillars not that you'd be able to tell due to the bright fire filling your field of vision but you are suddenly encased in a tall solid building full of fire pillars. If you stayed like that you'd suffocate from the oxygen supply quickly being used by the fire, the intense heat making it harder to breath and think as well.

The Mizukage in the middle of the flooded earth prison he channels his chakra and quickly sees how much chakra he'll need for this technique .... In his mind the mizukage says Lets get things amplified shall we
Mizukage then opens his eyes and spreads his feet and hands as if he's a super saiyin... Nidaime then quickly releases his wind chakra forcing the water around him to part away forcing it towards the wall ( Note if looked at from a birds eyes view theres a circle around the mizukage repeling all the water from him ) , Mizukage Then Bends his knees as he's falling and when he reaches the bottom of the prison he jumps and lands on one of the walls

The elements are a viscous cycle that you need to be careful with. Being the Mizukage your skilled in Genjutsu as well as Water So, trap my clone in a genjutsu and try to kill him as/before he breaks it or simply try to use genjutsu to defeat him. Mizukage's signature is the Mirage Technique but all illusions are weapons and most are easier to use that then that wide-spread one.

Now The Whole Are Cover in the Genjutsu Based mist nidaime run towards the clone but goes around to the side instead of coming straight up... While The clone sees a mirage nidaime.. the real nidaime while running gathers a water drop on his index finger while making his hand into a gun. nidaime sees your clone and is roughly 6 ft from it . Nidaime then raises his arm and points his finger at the clones head.. He doesnt hesitate so the clone can react he just fires the drop of water at the clones head before its to late

The real Sakon activates his Pressure Sensing Technique, his chakra passing through the earth pillar he sits upon and spreading quickly through the ground allowing him to properly find the pressure from your real form's footsteps as well as the pressure of the clam sitting in it's true position. Sakon smirks as his clone throws 3 kunai at the mirage and they pass through and sensing your real self entering short range of the clone although he can't tell what technique you use his clone is shot and dispersed, sending him the information that a sharp pain struck through his head as he dispersed. From his knowledge of the Hozuki Techniques and your range at the time Sakon estimates that you used the Water Gun technique.

Yes I Have a Question about jokey boy.. When jokey is formed etc and lets say the mizukage is trapped what all can you get out of while exploding jokey boy ? lets say I Was trapped in a earth technique where its just me coveed in rocks will I Be able to form jokey boi centimeters from my skin?

he used it while trapped in a giant sand pyramid so yes its made out of your own body's fluid so you can cause an explosion first and destroy whatever is trapping you, anything except S rank or F rank earth I suppose.same goes for other things that are strong to water like Ice

This is all done by reforming the top half of his body back into a solid form. Whilst doing this technique, the user is subsequently weakened against lightning based techniques.

the first one i dont remember it saying only suigetsu unless they just up dated it... Actually i dont remember all these houzuki techniques only the 2nd .... the 3rd new or something ? and when using the technique how much water would you turn into ? a small pond ? maybe
