[Theory] Madara's True Intentions In Fighting Hashirama

But he didnt know the entire tablet to have a solid plan.

So my theory is he fought to gain the rinnegan like obito stated!... The moon eye plan simply was later after he read everything and had time to think. He didnt account for teh rinnegan to be unlocked decades later tho. So he needed Nagato to have his eyes and Zetsu to make sure nagato revived him. Obito was just an extra added bonus!

Like Rikers' stated, this is already known tho if you read teh manga and pay attention ofcourse. haha

I think the information he obtained with his EMS was more than enough to start his planning, If Kabuto and Oro were able to do it, why not Madara who had EMS

Although I was wondering about that one manga page where a Masked Madara talked with Itachi(and was really taller), so I thought he might have read the tablet again, after defecting, and after his fight with Hashirama. After receiving the rinnegan, and in between giving it to nagato(that period)... I mean MAdara was really amazed that other read the tablet, without a Rinnegan(he might have guessed the info with MS would be more known).

Anyways, just my two cents.... great thread.!

I think that was Tobi whom Itachi spoked to, Madara was already dead at the time of the Massacre and yes FF7 rules

Thanks, i just wanted to point out that Madara did not fight Hashi out on a whim, he had something else planned.

Good theory Derp Obito. One thing I would clear up is that Madara took Hashirama DNA in the form of both skin and Blood samples that would normally be pass on in combat and that it might have taken years for Madara to cultivated in a lab enough DNA to implant in Himself and created the wall clone that creates white Zetsu.

I do not think that was Madara true intention when he fought Hashirama. Madara originally fought Hashirama simply because Madara feared that Hashirama would oppress the uchiha clan(sensitive clan) , so Madara sought out the ninie tails conquered it with sharingan and return later to challenge Hashirama at the valley of end. Madara only survived because of Hashirama DNA, if Madara did not pick up Hashirama cells during the battle he would had died.

I think Madara came up with a "plan b" while he was in hiding recovering his wounds about the moon eye plan. Madara as a old man thought some out in the world is a "loser" and someone else is a winner (sensitive to the max lol) more then likely Madara was refereeing back to his rival days with Hashirama. How Madara heard about Nagato is unknown and as for Obito it was merely a coincidence (Obito can break logic and survive boulders go figure xd) .
