Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 25
Damage: n/a
Description: The user concentrates hot wind chakra to counter the rain jutsus (like chakra sensing, etc.). The hot winds make the evaporation of the water cycle process faster. This makes the rain jutsu useless or the rain jutsu is countered.
Note: Only used for Namikaze Deniziiu
Limts: Only counters rain jutsus up to B-rank only and this jutsu can only be used once per round.
