He's got his name on top of the page, it describes thw weapons ONLY Itachi has..........Sasuke said Double Mangekyou in the manga.......his right eye Jutsu is Kagutsuchi..........none of these rang any bells inside your cranium?

And you can see the prominence of the veins in his eye, which confirm it is a MS Ninjutsu of the eye!!
