One Piece is easily better!

The anime is always well drawn, compared to Naruto, but Naruto has a better soundtrack.
The One Piece manga is EPICALLY drawn at times. Naruto is pretty good in this department as well.

But! When I read new chapters in Naruto, it feels like Kishi never had his story completely written, and that he just makes stuff up as he goes, and doesn't bother to consider the timeline or anything like that. Oda has his story pretty locked down, it seems to me

week to week coming up with dialogue between characters issomething that should be attention grabbing to the story and make sense.
