1. I want to learn Fuuton to learn and understand how to use wind as my ally in any specific situation. I would also like to use it in combat, as wind is the strongest and most influential element in the world, as it can create and destroy lands, if it's strong enough.
It is also my personal favorite element, as I can do almost anything with it, be it offensive or defensive.
2. Fuuton is weak against Raiton, as the lightning can travel through the air as a conductor and either negate the attack or even boost it's own attack if the rank is high enough.
3. Fuuton is strong against fire, as it can either fuel the fire, giving it a bigger and more intense flame, and if it's at a higher rank, even blow the flame out, or re-direct it.

Jinton (Dust Release) utilizes Fuuton, Doton and Katon to create a physical chakra object and can change anything, even disintegrating, on a molecular level.
Hyoton (Ice Release) uses both wind and water to create ice, that can be molded into spikes, and has a reflective surface like mirrors. In Haku's case, the Hyoton was even resilient enough to repel a Uchiha's Katon, which proves that it is hard to break or melt.

Alright, pros & cons it is! I am assuming this is the jutsu Temari did with her mouth in Part 1?
Pro: Of course, the sand obscures the enemies vision, allowing for a quick escape, or a undetected follow-up jutsu,
Con: The opposite, I can't see, and the enemy can also do a jutsu, or escape. Also, this technique is next to useless on a sensory-type user, with a Byakugan, which detects by chakra, for example.

I actually had to watch the entire episode with Danzo to be sure! xdPro: Can be used to match high speeds, for example if your enemy is running, your stream will follow, and you will be at an advantage in height, as well as offense. Also, if powerful enough, one can even move around using the stream, by the wind pushing onto the ground. Can be an easy way to redirect a Katon attack.
Con: Could be uncontrollable if moving too fast, may not do a big amount of damage anyway. As you're in the air, you may be vulnerable to attacks.

Pro: A lot of offensive power in the rocks, plus the speed and rotation of the wind make it a good combo, if the enemy is in the right position for said attack.
Con: It may be easily dodged if the rocks are too big, for example, the enemy can see it coming and just jump out of the way.

I immediately start aiming for the rocks, slowly but surely raising them, along with the clone, up! Soon, the rocks are lifting the clone up, along with my stream of wind. I slowly ease Nathan's clone back down, after which, he poofs away in smoke*

Pro: Can be used in conjunction with many different tools, and can serve as a good defense as well, meaning no one use is ever the same, unpredictable.
Con: Can't be used on it's own as a serious attack, seeing as it can only knock someone over.

Pro: Can slice through solid materials easily, and could be used with Katon to make it even more powerful.
Con: You need a supply of ninja weapons to use this jutsu at all, and it may not be the most practical jutsu.

wease: You really think so?Pro: Seems like a useful justsu, not only as a easy to use attack for combat, but also for blowing down obstacles, and clearing a passage.
Con: As you said, it depends on the user, so this is a potential setback. Also, it doesn't seem to have mobility or "form", it's a set tunnel of wind that you don't have a lot of control over.

Pro: It's a great way to not only get your enemy out in the open, but also do a fair amount of damage as well! Also, the strong currents can also defend against projectiles.
Con: If used at long range, it becomes easily dodgeable, as it is a huge wind current for your enemy to spot and avoid.
