Honestly, with 0 info Pain has the potential to solo. All he needs is to get Chibaku Tensei up or do a Chou Shinra Tensei which the kages have nothing to defend against with.

This won't be a problem. They can survive with Katsuyu + Sand shield + rock golem.

The last chapters however showed that Itachi appears to be the greatest Uchiha, his skills rivals Madaras and his Mangekyou Sharingan exceeds Madaras with Tsukuyomi and Totsukas sword and Yatas mirror.

And you forget that Tsunade is similarly weak as Mei when it comes to facing Itachi, as Tsukuyomi kills her in a second, Amaterasu ends the battle quickly and Susanoo slaughters her without Totsukas sword. Somewhere in the databook, it was said that Yatas mirror cancels the effect of any attack, no matter of the attributes of the techniques, what includes the Jinton as well. I may forgot to say that Oonoki didn't show how to counter Genjutsu, is inferior to Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu and is absolutely inferior to Itachis Susanoo.

Tsunade has strong willpower, the Tsukuyomi can't oneshot her. Furthermore, she can treat the effects of the Tsukuyomi. Mei is an another story of course.
The Yata mirror grants protection only against the ELEMENTAL attacks. Mei's Futton and Yoton are Kekkei Genkais, Onoki's Jinton is Kekkei Touta.

well if you mean M info on both sides,then that goes against pain,cuz each path has 1 rinnegan tech,whereas the kages have several each. And the probability of a jinton hitting the preta path is one-sixth,so there is a high chance of jinton taking down the pains. The kages would have the advantage in that scenario.

If pain has intel while kages do not,then he has the advantage,but all the kages except gaara have vast experience,and gaara is quite smart,deciphering the weakness of susanoo after seeing it once,with their defencive and offensive as well as medical abilities,they would eventually figure pain out. CST takes too long for pain,as he needs to deactivate the others and focus all his chakra, a jinton would hit him by them,CT is easy to decipher,as you need to hit the core,even 6tk naruto was doing thatxd,a jinton would handle it,however it would be very tough.

In the Manga, black Zetsu, carrying Madaras will, refers to Yata Mirror being able to turn any attack back, what makes him out to be completely invincible [

]. That was further backed up by feats, that turned back the physical attack of the Yamata no Jutsu, turned back Sasukes physical attack with Kusanagi and turned back the paper bombs explosion, that covered the whole front of Susanoo and is not an elemental technique.

Further, Manga pages illustrate that Itachi can change the form of Yatas mirror, allowing him to protect him from all sites.

Her willpower is unbreakable, a genjutsu can't kill her. As the worlds best medical ninja, she knows how her brain works. She was able to treat Sasuke and Kakashi EASILY. What does this means? She knows how the Tsukuyomi affects the brain.

why would tsunade look at itachi's eyes anyway?,tsuki takes a second,she is both a senju and uzumaki,hence she has strong lifeforce. A tsuki wont knock her out as quickly as kakashi,also didnt she heal the after effexts of the genjutsu?. However,she wouldnt look into his eyes.
