Ok this is what I found.
1:We already debate in an other fight of the right way to use this lightning move (lighting body flicker), and u have to shoot the lightning in the sky and the bolt will come down where the user want to lend.
This jutsu is too unclear. We don't even know if the user will travel with the lightning or will appear where the lightning will hit.
2: The second error I notice is the move Naruto.. made to avoid Ali's overheat.
In Ali's move, it is said that the jutsu is affecting the hole (almost) area. So by using a wind transformation jutsu, u place urself in the worst possible scenario since u will completely consume urself, wind<fire...
Due to the blurry description of the lightning body flicker, I call this match non-valid. If his jutsu work, Naruto.. is dead. But on the other side, if ali is transported when the lightning strike the ground then he will be hit by the kirin.
