Tsunade would flatten Kakuzu. you're badly underrating a hokage with unlimited healing, one of the best 5 summons who has enough strength to kill someone with just a punch.

as to pain, they didn't even fight -.- she was saving countless shinobi from him and without her passing the intel on to naruto he would have lost to pain badly. also, pain had never been defeated so i don't see your point.

at any rate, we haven't seen the full extent of the hokage so making assumptions is very premature of you. at this point hiruzen, minato, tsunade and kakashi are above tobirama for instance. hashirama was just a one-off freak like what nagato was supposed to be until he got retconned.

When they fought Hanzo they were barely jounins. They were on the same level as Neji or base Naruto, without Kurama. So this isn't an argument.

To be honest Hanzo stands no chance against the current Sannin/Tsunade.
During the second shinobi war:
Tsunade had no Byakugo
Jiraiya had no Sennin Mode
Orochimaru had no ET....and even if they had that jutsus... Hanzo has no counter against them.
Hanzo showed nothing impressive against Mifune or the sannin so he won't defeat them with that terrible feats.
Tsunade showed an unbelievable capacity of reaction, when she fought Orochimaru/Madara and she demonstrates enormous jumping-feats, which she can apply,when she fights Hanzo.
She also has the ability to counter close range attacks with her crevices, which she affords with her finger.

.... But I agree: Tsunade is weaker than Pain/Nagato because of his rinnegan, but she is definitely stronger than Hiruzen

Hashirama and Tobirama: part1 characters but since they played small role Kishi was able to retcon them
Hiruzen: part1 character not Uchiha, not Senju so Kishi doesn't really like him...
Minato: part2 character one of the strongest Hokages
Tsunade: SENJU BUT she played a big role in part1 so Kishi wasn't able to turn her into a DBZ character like he did to Hashirama
Danzou: very underrated, not as strong as the first two but one of the strongest non-Uchiha/non-Senju characters

My last statement was a bit confusing, but i reffered to Tsunades high reaction and her fighting-feats.
